Elie was a great host for me. Perfect amount of communication and was clear, concise, and friendly. The apartment was cozy and very clean with all the amenities that I needed for my stay. The neighborhood is quiet (very little traffic), relaxing, and felt completely safe. The location was perfect for me to easily get back to the Pearl district/downtown. I would stay here again should the need arise. Thank you for a great stay.

Exactly what I was expecting. We stayed one night and time was too brief to give an accurate review!

My sister and I are elderly but spry. We were able to manage the concrete steps down to this lovely and cozy site. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Super sweet dog on site. A very easy walk to Multnomah Village shopping and there's a park entrance almost directly across the street. This one bedroom apartment is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We appreciated the no smoking on the premises rule. There is a large pull-out couch in the living room and a modern well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is very comfortable!

The basement apartment in this home is absolutely beautiful. It is perfectly clean and more spacious for myself and my daughter than I was expecting. The owner is very kind as is his dog. We were very delighted to stay here, and would again in a heartbeat.
