Amazing.... We welcome you to paradise! Skip and I fell in love with Marco Island on our first visit, with its gorgeous sunsets, beautiful beaches, playful dolphins and calm gulf waters. Start your morning with a short walk to Mackle Park for a quick jog or to shoot some hoops. For a little slower pace play Boccie Ball or Shuffleboard and equipment is provided at the park at no charge. Beach anyone? Ride bikes or get your daily exercise by walking to the nearest beach about 1 1/4 mile away. (You can drive if you liked and park at the South Beach parking lot). Back at the house, where the interior completely opens to the expansive screened-in lanai, enjoy your favorite beverage at our cozy bamboo Tiki Bar. Watch a game on the wide flat screen TV or just relax and lounge in our heated salt water pool. From the pool you can easily watch the sun going down or try catching sheephead and snapper on our dock.
For your dining pleasure, fire up the Weber grille or head to a number of local restaurants ranging from casual to elegant. We are happy to recommend our favorites.
FYI: Marco Island sunsets are phenomenal so head to the beach some nights as you may even experience the legendary "green flash".
Our home is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy so pack your flip flops and bathing suits.

We currently live in the frozen north of Wisconsin. Our daughters, their respective husbands and a total of five (5) grandchildren live right next door making family gatherings fun and frequent events.
Skip was born at the Jersey shore while I was born in Pa where we both grew-up. Actually, we were high school sweethearts and remain so today.
Our vacations always drew us to sunny climates, warm water and sandy beaches in Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico or the good ol' USA.
When we began our search for a second home the main criteria remained the same.
Our first stay on Marco Island "sealed the deal".
Great beaches, fantastic fishing and doing much (or as little) as you like.

Located on the desirable south end of the Island and a quick out by boat to the gulf for great shelling and fishing. Within a mile to miniature golf, beaches, dining and shopping.
Spacious split home that gives each side complete privacy. Perfect for a family with the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms offering a master on each side. The salt water pool with southern exposure and 2 boat lifts caught our attention and we wanted close to the beach because we love walking.

In addition, the sliding glass panel doors completely open to the lanai and pool area providing an unbelievable openness for refreshing south Florida gulf breezes.
You will love the GIANT ceiling fans and spaciousness of the did we think you will too.
Watch for dolphins or an occasional manatee in the canal behind the house.
