This beautifully appointed residence features breathtaking ocean views, a private plunge pool, and direct beach access, offering a seamless blend of privacy, refined luxury, and relaxed coastal living.

This unit is located on the second level of this multi-level building, nestled into the Tangolunda hillside.

BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
The residence features two ocean view bedrooms which are divided by the common living area, for additional privacy. This residence can comfortably accommodate six adults with the option of a sofa-bed suitable for two children. This sofa can be used as a single day bed with an additional pull-out single trundle below.
The master bedroom offers panoramic views with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the view from the comfort of your king-sized bed. The master is outfitted with a full ensuite bathroom, complete with shower as well as a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized beds and boasts a full ensuite bathroom, with shower. This second bedroom also offers floor to ceiling windows as well as a private ocean view terrace. This bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. As an added convenience there is also a powder room located directly across the hall.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
This residence is equipped with a full modern kitchen, offering a built in stove top, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen, dining area and common living area share an open-concept which not only allows you to enjoy the view while cooking, but also enjoy the company of guests. Also included in this space is a breakfast bar with seating for three.

PRIVATE PLUNGE POOL
As an extension off the open-air living/dining area, enjoy the benefits of your private plunge pool.

Transportation is readily available by taking a 3-minute walk to the front gates of Villas Zaashila, where you will find 24-hour taxi access.

NOTE: Please be aware that a generator from a nearby restaurant produces noise that can be heard in the condo.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date
