Location was perfect and easy to find. Roy was very helpful when we checked in. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for all that we needed. Very comfortable beds too. I would recommend this place for a Portland stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this duplex near the Alberta Arts District! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The host was very attentive, checking in several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly — it was a nice touch that made us feel well taken care of. It made for an easy, relaxing base to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our long weekend visit. Hosts Peggy and Roy are super nice and accommodating! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Near a cute park that we walked each morning. Just a short walk to Alberta Street for food and shopping and yummy dessert at Salt and Straw. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Portland. Loved that it had a designated parking space in a driveway too.

This place is amazing! The location cannot be beat. Right across the street from Alberta Park and so many shops and eateries within a short walk. The house is impressively clean and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Roy greeted us on arrival and is absolutely a gem! We will definitely be coming back!

They were excellent with communication, as I always received a response within a couple of hours when I asked questions. The place was very clean. Nice and quiet area. Loved the park being near by. The main reason we took this place over another was the bonus of being able to park in the driveway rather than on a street. They even had what they considered a starter kit with plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer, bottled water, and spices for cooking. They also had laundrty soap and supplies for showering. The last Vrbo place I stayed at had no supplies at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the private area out back that had a very nice picnic table with an umbrella. This Vrbo was well worth every penny. Thanks so much Roy and Peggy for hosting. We tremendously enjoyed our stay.

The Alberta Arts Section of Portland is a great place to stay. Walk just a few blocks to a slew of restaurants and cool shopping.

Great spot and we would stay again. Comfortable beds and clean. The full kitchen was nice. Lots of options for the TV. Having a parking spot off the street was also reassuring. Roy was very welcoming and accommodating.
