Spacious and great location
We had a great time enjoying the view of this property. It was spacious with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs and 3 bathrooms all together. However, checking in was not easy since the property manager sent the driver, he was nice but doesn’t seem to know or oriented about their policy. We had to pay for parking the first night because the driver they sent or the security of the condo didn’t seem to know where we should park. I emailed the property manager and she said we we had spot for parking but not until I asked. Then the driver told us, we can check out anytime and he’ll just be back whenever so we agreed on checking out at 2:30pm . But then the property manager called the night before and claimed we should be gone by noon. I told her about her driver’s agreement but she claimed he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. First of all, we checked in late almost around 7:30pm which I communicated with her so hoping she can be flexible and let us stay until 2:30pm but she refused.
So if you’re looking for space and location, it’s great but hope they can improved on communications. Property manager should give her driver correct information and also the condo concierge. They seem to be unaware of our presence and at first refused to let us in the gym.
