NO KEY! NO CONTACT! LEFT STRANDED

When we arrive, there was no key in the mail as instructed and when we tried to contact the owner, no one answered! We didn’t end up staying here even though we already paid! We had to last minute find another place at 1am after 15 hours of flying. Still waiting for my refund!! Please

Dear Hồng Thank you for your review. Before your arrival, we did send you access instructions and contacted you to ask for your arrival time. You never replied us, even once. We were very worried of you. Suddenly at 2AM in the morning, you sent us the message saying that you’d go to the hotel. Our on-site staff was waiting for you and you didn’t show. No one called or texted us. So please kindly provide the truth. The following day, you asked us the refund, we answered you that you’d need to make the cancellation so that you’d have the refund ,if you decided not to come anymore. You never cancelled and continued to block our calendar. We never understand your motivation of leaving us such untrue review. Best regards

Fantastic accommodations.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. Lily our host was so good to us. She had purchased a few items for us and had them in the apartment waiting for our arrival. We had a late arrival to the airport and she prearranged a pick up for us. She also helped us with a couple of tours by hooking us up with a private driver. Lily was very kind to us and immediately answered any question we had. The pool in this apartment is very lovely. There are doormen in the lobby and the security is very good. We would most definitely book this apartment again if we were to return to Ho Chi Minh city. Sue and Dean Symons Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada

Beautiful flat, comfortable stay. 5 stars

Unique decoration with original touch.Very spacious and clean.Comfortable like 5 stars.Beds were high quality mattresses with coton beds linens. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect stay. There was 2 cafes in the building served good cafe and breakfast.And there was also Coop foods, a little supermarket selling groceries. The pool was awesome, big and clean. 快適に過ごさせて頂きありがとうございました。明るく綺麗なアパート

Don't look further, Your best place is here

In all seriousness the apartment is exactly as charming, comfortable and convenient as it is represented on-line. Staying there felt like a mix of being in a hip friend’s home and a comfortable, cool boutique hotel. The location is fantastic with easy access via any form of transportation (including foot) to all areas of HCMC. The street that the flat is located on is so great that I could have spend the entire week just on that block! The charm and great location were further enhanced by Lily. She is a most gracious and thoughtful host. So many details were thought out from being organized and clearly communicative throughout the booking and check-in / check-out process, to providing fantastically curated recommendations of places to eat, etc, to bottled water, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival. I can’t wait to return to HCMC and when I do I hope “my” flat will be available.

Lovely, well appointed, charming apartment.

Lovely, well appointed, charming apartment. Perfect for a couple /family or a group of friends. Very calm and quiet location in a great neighbourhood. Communication and hospitality was great. We would highly recommend Lily’s place.

Artistic , Bright, new , clean and Beautiful

We stayed at this amazing apartment for four nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Our room was immaculate spacious.The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being able to open the curtains in the morning to enjoy natural sunny light. The bathroom was excellent with strong water. The owner was very responsive, very professional, friendly and helpful. There is nothing we didn’t like about this place and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our stay in Ho Chi Minh City truly memorable.
