Amazing sunsets from this balcony! Watch the dolphins and ships in the bay.
This open concept space has a King bed, full kitchen, living room with great views of the sand and sea. Relax on the balcony and watch the Tybee sun melt into the water, breath in the salty air and sea breeze.
Newlyweds, Couples, Friends, Beach lovers, Solo adventurers.
All linens, cookware, provided. Laundry facility in building.
Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is the quiet residential side of the Island. North Beach has tons of dolphins, watch the ships and shrimp boats. Walk to Huc-A-Poos and Tybean! Lots of fun little shops and restaurants just a block away.
You can drive, rent a bike, rent a golf cart, rent kayaks, rent boats, walk, call a taxi.
The large king bed shares an open space to the small bunk bed, perfect for a child.
Beach towels provided
*Only one parking space per condo is available, additional paid parking is available on the island.
*Golf Carts are not permitted on property per Homeowner's Association.

The BEST views!!

Loved staying in this condo over the Fourth of July!! The location was great, the views were amazing, and it was the perfect long weekend getaway. Definitely would recommend!

Fabulous Start

We loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. Also, had fun in the water with the dolphins, there are so many dolphins!!! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed biking around Tybee and using our paddle boards. Looking forward to another stay next summer.

We arrived late evening for our stay and had trouble figuring out which building we were in. We managed to stop a nice lady that was able to help us find the right one. Buildings are not marked. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and our room was on the 3rd floor which made getting our luggage and stuff up the stairs quite a challenge for our age, but the views from the balcony of our room made up for it. No elevators. Rooms were very clean but showed their age especially in the bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower was poor, but I would still recommend staying here. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and being 30 seconds from the beach was awesome! We saw tons of bottle nose dolphins swimming and playing around. The people of Tybee a were really nice and accommodating!

The view was fantastic and exactly as advertised. While the amenities are basic and a bit dated, they were comfortable and met our needs. The condo is priced fairly, and the owners were responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

I’ve stayed at this complex many times. I was delighted to find a king bed! The openness is perfectly fine for a couple. The view was nice and the condo was clean.

Great Getaway

We had a great stay! Dolphin view from sunrise to sunset from the room & beach. It was a magnificent view & everyone was very nice! Would definitely return!

Code to get key out of lock box was for box code II not box # 11 as stated in email. First problem was this confusion. We tried to contact various people at the complex and while they had phone mailboxes asking to leave a message they were all full. It was after 9pm. It was dark. I almost was going to drive home 14 hours and prepare for an extended battle with these people who do not care. That was the second problem. Third problem after we figured out how to get in the correct lock box was the door to our unit was severely damaged. The inner core of the door was missing. I could push our door in with minimal force (though I did not). Not very secure. The elevator in our unit was 4 months overdue for re-certification. That's problem number 4. The sliding door screws on our balcony where loose and kept coming loose after we tightened them. Problem 5. Kitchen faucet leaks (problem 6). The push button panel on the stove was pushed in (problem 7). Had to buy garbage bags. Mildew stain around top of entire pool liner. Exterminator came last night we were there with no advanced notice. I have pictures if required.

If you’re looking for a place to rest and relax with the best Ocean view well look no further. Reservation online was so easy a toddler could do it also check in instructions a no brainer. Condo was clean and comfortable with the best Ocean view all day everyday. Room was cool and comfortable and so quiet. Oh and I did not mention the Price it was Amazing also. Cudos to Maintenance, Groundskeeper and the best Housekeeping ever. Thanks so much Tybee Island Rentals we will definitely be returning. Sincerely Annette L

Condo was nice but dated. Bathroom needs a complete update. Weather turned pretty chilly, 40s at night, so extra blankets would have been nice. Bed and bedding were nice and comfortable. Living room love seat and recliner were comfortable. Refrigerator was pretty loud. Was surprised there wasn’t an elevator but don’t believe one was listed either. Very convenient to walk about 50 steps right to the beach which was very walkable. Kitchen amenities were adequate.

Quiet getaway

Great location. Not far into Tybee so the beach was always quiet. Condo was great. Everything you need is there. Only suggestion is to add pot holders for the oven. I had to use the towel to get an item out of oven. Balcony has clear view of the ocean so having morning coffee was a great site. Pool was clean and walk to ocean was easy. Wonderful place to getaway and relax. A great trip all and all.

As others have mentioned, the apartment is very small in every respect -- living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. But it is well equipped, comfortable, and has great views. If you're looking for a quieter Tybee Island beach experience, this is a great place. The only real downside for us was the pool area being constantly overrun with families -- there was almost never an umbrella, chair or table available. But the beach is just a few steps beyond and better in most ways anyway.
