The spacious yard features a beach sand volleyball/badminton court and an 8ft x 8ft chess/checkers board that will entice the kids away from the beautiful white sugar sand beach, just a 550 ft walk away. The BEACH is the star attraction—calm, warm water, with dolphins playing as you relax.
Perfectly designed for family gatherings, Island Time has cozy corners for personal reflection and spacious areas for larger celebrations. The kids can enjoy the game room, while adults gather in the entertainment room, featuring a wet bar and high-top tables for 8, with additional seating for 12 when the room is opened to the deck. There are 5 large decks, plus 4 private bedroom balconies for a variety of gathering spots. Two fire pits and an outdoor fireplace ensure everyone has a perfect spot to enjoy tall tales under the stars.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream, featuring a commercial 6-burner gas cooktop, built-in convection ovens/microwaves, 2 wine refrigerators, and a commercial fridge.
