The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1300sq ft, 1 reserved parking space, fully furnished and turn-key for your ideal Scottsdale vacation. Kitchen opens to great room, and split primary and guest room suites. Primary bedroom has king-sized bed and guest bedroom has queen-sized bed. Private and secluded back covered patio that can be enjoyed year round. Community clubhouse was recently remodeled and is gorgeous. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, work out facility and BBQ grills along with firepit.

Prime Scottsdale location near it all -- golfing, hiking/outdoors, Spring Training, Old Town Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, casinos, fine dining, shopping and wellness and spas.

Perfect location for us!

This is a beautiful and comfortable property that we will look to rent in the future. The location was ideal as we have friends who live within a 5 minute car ride from here. Quiet and very safe!

Condo complex is very nice. Great location near public pickleball, tennis, golf and minutes from great trailheads. Big pool and big hot tub and nice landscaping everywhere. Joel's unit is top notch: updated bathrooms, kitchen, living area. We really liked how it felt like someone's home, with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bed linens and towels, and tasteful contemporary decor. Very spacious interior. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy, clean & great owner

Couldn't have asked for better communication than Joel provided. He stocks his condo thoroughly and it is decorated beautifully.Very comfortable beds. Great location--would stay there again.

Happy in Scottsdale

Our house was lovely! Joel was easy to communicate with when we had a question. The location was close to baseball, golf, shopping and hiking. We look forward to returning next spring!

Wonderful Stay in Scottsdale

This condo was tastefully remodeled and decorated. It was very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the location and amenities. The location was near good restaurants and grocery store. Great hiking trails were a short drive. Old Town Scottsdale was approximately a 20 to 30 minute drive. Overall we had an excellent time.

We had a wonderful stay here in Scottsdale. The property was beautiful and super clean.

Thanks so much to our awesome host Joel. We had a great time staying at your beautiful property. The home is lovely and the pool area is awesome! The pool is close by and very large. Mirage Crossing.

We enjoyed being close to hiking areas in the mountains, and the bike riding was easy to access the greenbelt. Somewhat inconvenient to access front door from dedicated parking spot. Very quiet neighbors and complex overall. Pool (heated), clubhouse and interior grounds were nicely maintained.

Excellent condominium and location

Joel, the property manager uses technology to great advantage. All communication was done using VRBO and text. That worked well. The unit is located at the intersection of Shea Blvd and Frank Lloyd Wright making it easy to get around in Scottsdale. The condominium is modern, clean and easy to use. The area in which it is located is safe and very quiet. The community residents were friendly and helpful. Evetything considered, a very nice Scottsdale condominium at an exceptional location.

Excellent Condo in Ideal Location

This property is so nice, they did an amazing job on the remodel. It's super clean, very comfortable, in a great location and very quiet. The beds are comfortable and they have everything you will need for your stay. We were in this condo for a month while our home is being remodeled and our entire family was comfortable and happy. Joel is very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this condo.

Great place!

The property was updated nicely, very clean, and had everything we needed. Joel was very responsive and great to work with. The pool area is close to the property and was perfect for the warm afternoons. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

GREAT rental with exceptional customer service!

We had to move out of our home in McCormick Ranch while some construction was going on. The owner of this condo was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything you need is provided and the community is pet friendly. I strongly recommend renting! VERY clean and cozy. 5 star experience for sure.

Great property, very nicely furnished very clean and quiet

The property manager was just amazing and so patient with us. We just moved to Scottsdale and the home buying process was a bit tough. He allowed us to continue to extend until our home was ready. Condo was super clean very nicely furnished. I would highly recommend

Scottsdale golf 2019

This is a very nice gated complex with good sized heated pool and beautiful clubhouse. Very quiet and convenient to grocery stores, golf courses (via the 101) and restaurants. The specific unit we rented was a nice sized ground floor townhome with detached single garage. We would return to this rental in the future.
