Minutes from downtown Fairfield, Metro North, I-95, 1 hour from Manhattan and 1 hour from the casino. This beautiful furnished beach front home contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 people. Flat screen TV in living room and master bed room. Wireless internet access and air conditioning!! Connecticut also offers Wineries, Breweries, Casinos and Outlet Shopping. There are multiple venues for the outdoorsmen for hiking, bird watching. You can’t beat the beach views!! The location was perfect to downtown which was easy for us to grab something to eat and get right back to the beach. It was family friendly and quiet. We were looking for a peaceful vacation and certainly got it. We can’t wait to visit again, thank you!

Excellent beach access. Lots to explore especially when the tide was out. House is on the small size but comfortable. Property has another unit that was rented. But our neighbors were very friendly. Would consider renting again for the future.

Family stay

CT Beach Trip

The house was right on the beach. Awesome view. The entertaining space inside and outside was great. The house was very clean and equipped well. It was laid out very well with perfect sized bedrooms. Our stay was very good.

Right on the Sound

The location was perfect. House a little too close to next door neighbor. House was clean. We had good weather and the view of the Sound was lovely.

Very pleased

Overall a great vacation despite the weather. Though the storms made for some great waves in the sound! The house was more spacious than I had expected which was great since we were limited indoors during the storms. Was great, the view of the sound was perfect, right on the beach, patio was lovely. Hope to return next summer. Thank you!Everything Everything was great

40th College Reunion

All 4 roommates got together for our Fairfield U reunion. Location was fabulous! House was neat and clean. We had a wonderful time! Would have been perfect if some “basic” supplies were there like coffee filters, garbage bags and more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We purchased those necessary items and left them for the next renter. All in all a great week!

TO CLOSE FOR COMFORT

Location was beautiful. Accommodations were very clean and recently upgraded. The only negative is that the cottage to the left is way too close for comfort. There is no privacy from the neighbors. It is like you brought them on vacation with you . NOT GOOD. If you want privacy my suggestion is to rent both cottages at once.

Easy Beach Vacation

In many ways this is the quintessential modern rental: composite floors, art that says stuff, glass tile. Like the best rentals, it’s also very clean and this one is very quiet. It’s also really bare bones so plan ahead: one bar of soap, one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no pantry items, even salt and pepper, and incredibly, no coffee filters. We appreciated having four bedrooms and two baths but it’s important to note that the house is tiny and shares a lot with another tiny house. On the other hand, the location is terrific, and it is directly on the beach, with very nice outdoor space. All in all, an easy and relaxing beach trip.

Life is a beach

This was a great house all on one floor, great location on the beach. Everyone enjoyed it. Do need to replace the outdoor umbrella as we had to use a rope to keep it open. Also the instruction on the frig say garbage pick up is on Mon. It's not. It's Thurs. The need to up date the instructions. Loved the place and hope to rent it next year.

Lovely beach home

My family and I enjoyed the week we spent here. The house is well updated, nice appliances and very clean. We were impressed with the floors being so sand free when we arrived. We've stayed in beach cottages and homes for 5 years and this is the first time we walked in and felt at home. Some furniture was different than the photos but it was all immaterial changes. Low tide is very low! There were many sandbars which my daughter loved walking to and hunting for hermit crabs and other sea life. The waves and current are not strong, perfect for a family of OK swimmers. Having the sandbars and then high tide swimming kept us busy throughout the day. Fairfield is a nice town, some fun shops and plenty of great restaurants to try. We needed a few things (grocery, drugstore, clothing) through out our trip and didn't need to drive very far. I really appreciated being able to make a quick errand and then get back to the beach! The patio area is perfect to relax and take in the view. If you are sun sensitive later in the day the house provides perfect shade to sit in. The outdoor shower with a hose maybe over looked, but it was such a great help in doing rinse offs and filling a foot bath for quick rinses.

Family beach vacation

Everything was good, house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Could update the pots and pans, there weren’t any lids but all in all was fine.

Excellent for the spot! Not as big as other rentals but if you want the water and relaxation this is

Very nice property, close to town, excellent restaurants and shopping. The water was amazingly clear. But also walking distance for a bar and snack shop and liquor store. No need for a car.

Great location. Perfect patio for enjoying meals on the water. Clean and modern. Would come again.

Owners were very attentive to our needs. House was clean and ready for our arrival. Directly on the water with easy access right to beach. Only negatives, Bedrooms were a little small but we were almost never inside. Neighbors are very close but ours were friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends.
