Our weekly pool service includes adding chemicals when required. When that happens, the pool should not be used for a short time after to let the chemicals dissolve. Thank you for staying with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed the pool and putting green, and the house itself was lovely. We would recommend this property to others that are looking for a relaxing and well appointed home.

Cozy as home.

This is our second stay at this property. It was awesome and we spent every day in the pool. Super clean and everything we needed was there. Goodyear is a great place to stay.

Such a beautiful property and home

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and good location for our needs. Short drive to a nice walking / biking path around two lakes. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful stay

Ken and Debbie are outstanding hosts. We ran into a mishap with vehicle rental and they were able accommodate our needs without hesitation. The home itself is well equipped with comfortable furnishings. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Wonderful stay!

My parents and sister and I absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We were only 6 minutes from my other sister who lives in Goodyear which was awesome! Ken and Debbie were quick to reply to our questions which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Relaxing and beautiful home!

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 weeks and we will return again someday. The temperatures were high, but we didn’t mind it because of the wonderful and clean pool. It felt like a home away from home.

We loved everything about the house from the wonderful pool, chipping green, BBQ grill, full kitchen, comfortable bed, huge master bathroom. We would happily stay again. The owners were so helpful and friendly.

We are a retired couple. This is our winter home and take extra special care of it.

My wife and I have enjoyed staying in a wide variety of private homes and condos since our first “let’s try it” in 2006. We were very impressed with all the places to stay and at better than hotel prices and much more comfortable. We also found we enjoyed staying where “the locals stay” to get a much better experience of all the cities we travelled to. We seldom stay at hotels now and only when we can not rent a home.

After 12 years of staying at other homes, we decided to allow others to experience our Arizona home, which we have cared for and put all the things we thought were important to us while we travelled. (High Speed Internet, Amazing Mattresses, New Linens, and a
Very Clean House).

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
