Things to Know: This home is only accessible via ferry; has a 30 year old minimum age requirement for rental; there are strict good neighbor and noise policies for all homes in Ocean Beach and no parties or share houses are allowed at any time at MOANA. Families welcome. No smoking and pets are considered on case by case basis. There is a $20 a day pet fee.
