We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, Alicia. We understand how frustrating it was to encounter several maintenance issues during your visit and regret the inconvenience they caused. We do want to provide some additional context regarding our response. The refrigerator issue was reported Saturday evening, and our team coordinated with the appliance vendor until it was repaired Monday afternoon. We followed up Tuesday morning, confirming that it had been resolved. Our team also continued coordinating with the pool vendor regarding the pool lights and filter and followed up when service had not yet occurred. While we understand these issues were frustrating, our records indicate that our team remained engaged in addressing the reported concerns throughout your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the home's condition and amenities and will share those comments with the appropriate teams. We're sorry your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate the opportunity to provide additional context.
