Welcome to your perfect home away from home! Perched on the hillside with its breathtaking panoramic ocean views, we invite you to our exclusive 8- bedroom luxurious villa. Set in a prime location close to the famous beaches and countless activities. Enjoy an oasis of luxury comforts in a private jungle setting.
The villa is uniquely designed and furnished to a high standard, has a modern and welcoming design, and offers all the supreme comforts for your relaxing and carefree stay.
Please note: We have a 4 nights minimum stay. We must add a meal plan to your stay. Inquiry us to learn more about it.
The accommodation features 8850 square feet of free-living space, comfortably accommodates up to 20 people in 8 bedrooms and sits on 1.24 acres of tropically landscaped property with access to exclusive and unique amenities.
Bedrooms
Villa Buena Onda offers 8 different, spacious suites:
- 5 Ocean View with private balcony (on the 2nd floor) or patio (on the 1st floor)
- 1 Oasis Suite with outdoor shower, private terrace with dining table & sun deck
- 1 Master Suite with spa tub
All bedrooms are bright and elegant, fully AC, feature flat-screen TV, fine décor, and are fitted with comfy beds with pristine linens & plush pillows for your absolute relaxation. Enjoy unobstructed views of the blue ocean waters and/or a wide variety of flora and fauna from every room at your patio or balcony.
Bathrooms
Every suite has its ensuite bathroom. All of them are well-stocked and beautifully styled. 2 additional bathrooms in the common areas of the Villa.
Pool, terraces, and other facilities
VBO features numerous lounge and relaxation areas. Spend your days lounging on the sunset terrace with majestic views of the mountains and ocean. Take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a two-tier, ocean view infinity pool with a swim-up bar where one level flows into the next over a private grotto area. The pool is anchored by an outdoor rancho and a large barbeque area. Stroll in our beautiful gardens or enjoy cooking up barbecues near the outdoor fireplace. After an eventful day treat yourself at Milagro Spa with one of our massage options and get rid of all stress.

We chose Guanacaste because it is one of the fastest-growing tourism destinations in Costa Rica. Thanks to the construction of the Liberia international airport (LIR), guests can reach Villa Buena Onda and be on the beach within 35 minutes after arriving into the country! The Villa's property offers gorgeous views of Coco Bay and surrounding islands. The town of Coco is a quiet fishing village, not unlike the numerous Mexican resort towns 30 years ago.
Guests can enjoy access to a handful of beautiful, pristine beaches that are under 10-20 minutes away, as well as tours to National Parks, sport fishing, Canopy zip line tours, ATV tours, snorkeling, surfing and a whole array of water activities.

For nature lovers, we recommend visiting Palo Verde National Park to see giant crocs and wetland birds: ibis, spoonbills, storks (1,5 hours);
Rincon de La Vieja National Park with its hot springs, mud baths, and a taste of cowboy culture. (2 hours)
La Fortuna (Arenal Volcano) - perhaps the most iconic site in Costa, known around the world for its natural wonders that combine adventure with nature. (3 hours);
