Located "next door" to the Matanzas National Forest, Moses Creek Conservation Area and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, Pine Breeze Cottage is the perfect base camp for pursuing outdoor adventures. Imagine yourself fishing, kayaking, boating, hiking, and biking in an unspoiled setting as you experience a slice of Old Florida.

Captivating Crescent Beach is only minutes away, and a 7-mile drive south on scenic A1A will take you to historic Fort Matanzas, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, the River to Sea Preserve, Marineland Dolphin Adventure & Bing's Landing.

Pine Breeze Cottage was beautiful and perfectly situated for our trip to the St. Augustine area. The cottage was comfortable and well appointed.

Great stay!

Love the mother-in-law suite. They were very kind to also cut up firewood for us for the fire pit. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Stay

The property was well-kept, cozy, and in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to the beach and downtown St. Augustine to feel like we weren’t totally secluded. The hostess was extremely kind and helpful, which helped make our trip to St. Augustine enjoyable and memorable.

Perfect cottage

We needed a place to stay while traveling from Edisto SC to Orlando. This cottage was the perfect spot! We felt just like we were at home. The cottage was extremely clean and comfy! We will be back.

Lovely cottage!

This was a very clean and immaculate place in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed, Jana was a gracious hostess, and the property was convenient to everything we wanted to do in St. Augustine.

A great stay

The property was great for the two of us and we had more than ample supplies for our stay. Jana was great to work with and we were welcomed with wine and homemade cookies. We wold definitely recommend and would not hesitate to rebook

This was such a great place to stay! Very clean, The host was so sweet and friendly and had a bottle of wine and delicious cookies to welcome us! We had a wedding to attend and only needed to stay one night! It was perfect!

This is our 2nd time staying here. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. The wildlife was amazing, we saw deer and turkeys. It was a quick drive to the beach. The hosts left cookies out for us - so yummy! We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Jana was an outstanding host. The cottage was very well appointed. It was clean and Jana thought of just about everything we could possibly want including a platter of cookies.We don’t come to this area often but the cottage was so nice, we might come just to stay here and enjoy the peaceful quiet and comfort of the cottage.

Wonderful!

This property was wonderful for our short stay! We drive through St. Augustine a few times a year and usually stop at Crescent Beach and prefer to not stay in a hotel. We would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again! This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Tucked away gem

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the cottage being along the edge of the forest to watch the wildlife. Convenient for our family visit. Close to the beach. Cottage had all the comforts of home, especially grateful for the chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on arrival.
