We loved this villa. My husband and I and our two best friends stayed here celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary together. It was very comfortable for our needs. Close to the beaches. We did some walking the first two days (walking to beaches, restaurants and the light house) and then rented scooters. The views from the villa, of horseshoe beach, were spactacular! The host Jessica was great to deal with and while she was on maternity leave Tiara helped us! She was wonderful! We would recommend this Villa 100%!!

Stayed Aug 28 - Sept 1 2026Six adults- the house was perfect for the vacation we planned. Everything from the accommodations, neighborhood and the amazing view way exceeded our expectations. Jessica was a great host. She communicated with us throughout the whole process and welcomed us (early) on checkin day. The house was super clean and ready to go when we arrived. Jessica was a great help in recommending a driver and a fantastic chef. I’m planning a stay next year with 32 people at this property. I can’t wait!!Book this property early, you can thank me later. Cornell Friends Vacation

The property was amazing. From its expansive deck with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean to its large and comfortable bedrooms, it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

A great getaway

Great views at Southern Views

This is a beautiful property - well appointed - and with breathtaking views of Horseshoe bay. Everything was perfect - close to bus line - close to the Fairmont - so good restaurants, beaches, etc. I would recommend for couples or for families to decompress on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

Horseshoe Bay

We were all amazed at the beach view from the house. It was so perfect and we would all stay again there. Jessica was a great hostess who answered every and all our questions and requests. I give this hour a 10 out of 10Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Incomparable view, wonderful stay

Our family enjoyed a few weeks in Bermuda and loved our stay at Horseshoe Bay Vista. We chose the Southampton area because of the proximity to great coves and beaches. The view of Horseshoe Bay - one of the world’s top beaches - was a wonderful daily treat. Kim and her husband were so gracious and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful property and amazing hosts!

My family and I had an amazing time in Bermuda. Our hosts went above and beyond throughout our stay, to the point of assisting us with securing transportation to the airport after our first ride left us high and dry. The property is gorgeous, as well. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor living space, with lovely amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Everything was just as shown online. Plus, the kitchen supplies and anything else we needed were available. A great time was had by all six of us. Jessica was very helpful at every step. Some of us used the hot tub every day. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations.

Views that never disappoint!

This was my husbands and my 7th visit to this wonderful island but our first VBRO rental. We stayed with our son and wife. It was their first visit to Bermuda and this place was wonderful and did not disappoint. The views are awesome! Property is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Kim was extremely accommodating. We had a great time!

“What perfect looks like”

Kim was absolutely the most fabulous host! The house was over the top perfect in every aspect, from details to the jaw dropping views! Great house with AMAZING view!

The house is beautiful & the views are breathtaking! We traveled with friends (3 couples) & the house provided plenty of space. The view of Horseshoe Bay is so stunning you may not want to leave the house! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The hosts, Mike & Kim, we very kind & helpful. We have stayed at many rental houses & this is definitely one of the best!
