Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, New 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds, the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sleeper for sleeping of 10 in beds. We have great seating on the balcony with new cushions installed March of 2024.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

We have the 3 bedroom unit next door, should you need more space.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic trip! The condo was clean and had lots of seating for all of us. The three bedrooms and 4 baths were a plus!!The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our place was big and spacious, bright in the kitchen and living area due to the large balcony windows. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and relax. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the sun rise or sunset from our balcony. The bedrooms were pretty dark w/o windows, but each had its own bathroom/shower which was great. You will need to go to Walmart or Publix right away for everything you need. We had to get cooking spray, garbage bags, laundry soap, Kleenex, coffee filters, beach towels and whatever food we wanted. There is no full size mirror. There is 4 elevators for 20+ floors. A lot of waiting and stopping at different floors once on. The lazy pool river was neat, we enjoyed that a lot. The beach is right there with shells everywhere. You will have to bring your chairs or buy some there or you can rent 2 with an umbrella. We rented for 1 day, for $45 I believe. It was so hot, so the umbrella was needed. Wish we brought binoculars to look out into the ocean. Our place was beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, everything was clean. Short drive to the popular spots 20 min or less. The wharf, hangout, Flora-Bama.

Excellent Accommodations & Atmosphere!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West this summer! We had plenty of room for our party of six during our week at the beach. We really appreciated the attention to detail of the decor, furnishings, and kitchen appliances, etc. My three-year-old nephew absolutely loved watching boats from the balcony and going down the water slide. We also enjoyed getting to know the security guards and other friendly members of the staff. We adults all love the lazy river and indoor hot tubs, too! We would highly recommend this unit and the complex in general to anyone wanting a great family experience on their vacation!!

Best place

This was the best place and condo that we have stayed in. So convenient to everything and staffing at Phoenix West was amazing. Room 1407 was awesome

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great trip and the entire place was very nice. Our only hiccup was when we first arrived the AC was out of the entire building, but that was due to a weather issue before our arrival as it was repaired as quickly as they could. The only other issue was that our icemaker for some reason was leaking water and although I reported it to the front desk no one ever came to fix it. Ultimately I just turned it off and had no further problems. Despite those things I would def stay here again in the future

Views were amazing, the rest was okay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very beautiful views and spacious condo. Pool and lazy river were nice. Bare minimum included in terms of towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, dish soap etc. Sheets were stained. Towels had foul smell. Furniture and rugs felt grimy/dirty. Dust balls and clothing tags found under beds. Staff was not overly helpful and advised us that if we needed anything we needed to call the rental company. Elevators were dirty.

Christmas 2023

The condo was great, clean, tidy and organized. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. We spent a week during Christmas and it was just want we needed. Centrally located to area attractions. Quick responses from the property manager. Great time.

We stayed at 1407 last year and enjoyed it. We decided to stay again this year. The only problem was last year our family had Sprint phone service and it was fine. We switched to Verizon and now the phone service didn't work. In order for us to receive or make phone calls we had to go to the parking garage. Other than that the place was fine.

Beach week

Nice Condo

Could have used some more bath towels. Kitchen sink faucet, needed some work, but, did not call, to have someone come look at it, I am sure it would have been fixed, as they have people there to take care of issues. I still would give it a 4.9 rating out of 5. We would come back here again.

Enjoyed being together with family!

Great location, view, well furnished unit, nice amenities on the property. We would suggest looking into a better cleaning service…floors need mopping and rugs vacuuming; ceiling lights and fans need dusting; had to wash dishes, utensils, and cook wear before use. Unit needs to be treated for silverfish. With the exception of cleanliness, a good place to stay.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was great. The only two complaints are that there are not enough elevators to accommodate the complex especially the day of arrival and departure days. Second king bedroom needs mattress replaced and bed squeaks when you move. Other than those things, great stay!

Nice place

Location is great. The king bed in the back bedroom could be replaced as there is a dip in the middle of the mattress. There was only 1 dish towel for use, so we had to use wash clothes. There were also no extra towels, just enough for the 4 of us to use. But overall a beautiful place to stay.

Friends vacation

Our stay was amazing, the 6 of us friends try and do a trip once a year and this was on of the best. From start to finish it was easy and the condo right on the beach topped it off. We'll be back for sure. Thank you phonix west 💕

Our stay in Room 1406

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was described perfectly. It was gorgeous and a great price for the week for all you got. I had two small negatives and this is not to reflect on the condo but the people who stayed before us. We had a couple of lights burned out in our overhead lamp in the master bedroom which somebody should have contacted maintenance. The second one was the people who stayed before us and attempted to wash and put away a large baking dish with dried on food covering the bottom of the dish. We ended up getting the dish clean and washing it a second time in the dishwasher. But again, nothing but good things to say about the condo and the wonderful trip we had. We will be planning another trip and with any luck we will get the same condo again! Thanks so much.

The rental property was very nice but it needs a good cleaning the tub drain in the third bedroom was plugged and not drain I think the furniture could use a good cleaning also

Love from St Louis

Property was very clean, and accommodating for 6 adults and a pre teen. Weather was a little cool this year but a few nice hours of beach time every day. Trouble with washing machine, maintenance staff were great in response time and replacement. Would recommend you rent. plenty of room for everyone.
