Cosy apartment located in the heart of the city, a superb starting point to explore the city. Cosy, split-level roomed flat with all the necessary amenities and convenience which need for a memorable stay. Free WIFI, airconditioning.
The whole studio apartment is in guest's use. A brief show-around is given upon arrival.
Assistance and help is available in Budaguide Travel Agency a 100 meters from the apartment, during working hours (10.30- 16.00). Out of working hours, you can reach houskeeping on telephone.

Parking space only on request - 20 eur/night extra charge. Payment only on the spot.

The hosts Sanja and Igor were very kind and made arrival and check-out very pleasant and smooth. The apartment was super comfortable and very well situated in the Jewish quarter. We walked almost everywhere and were very close to the airport shuttle and other transportation options like buses and metro. Great place to stay for a couples vacation.

Location was very convenient. Restaurants are walking distance. New York Café is right around the corner.Taxis are easy to hire. We also used Lime e-scooters which were very convenient to get around the whole city. The unit is very clean and very comfortable for couple and small family of 4. Instruction for access lock box was clear. Just need to read carefully 😀.

Great Stay

It was such a nice apartment in a great area near everything. It was a short walk to restaurants, the ruin bars, and public transportation. We really enjoyed staying there.

Great place in convenient location

Had a great stay. Good communication and very easy check in. Instructions were easy which made the place easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

They were able to accommodate us for an extra night on short notice, which was really helpful. Unfortunately, the hot water had been shut off when we arrived, and it took until the next morning to come back on. They mentioned that someone must have accidentally shut it off, so hopefully this was just a one-time issue.The complex itself could also get fairly loud at night because of its proximity to the ruin bars, with people occasionally coming and going into the early morning hours. That said, the location was very convenient, with lots of cafés nearby, a metro stop just two minutes away, and most places within walking distance.Overall, I think this would be a great option for a shorter stay. For a longer stay, some things were a little less convenient, such as the flies that were consistently around the sink area, the broken microwave and the lack of a washing machine, which meant having to reuse towels and make trips to the laundromat. Despite these things, the convenient location and ability to accommodate us on short notice were definitely positives.

Fab stay at this apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and host very responsive and kept in touch well. Very central and walking distance to everything, easy check in and out. loved the few days there.

Perfect set up

Great apartment for a couple who want to explore the city. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars very close too. Host was very responsive to messages and was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

Great spot great deal in budapest

My friend and I stayed and booked through VRBO. Igor was very communicative and friendly and always checked in to make sure things were okay. Check in process very simple and easy. Place was clean with towels provided! Great great location only 7 min walk to one of the best ruin bars and near NYC cafe and bus stops. Will def stay again next time I visit!

Mostly pleasant stay

Pros - Hosts communicated in timely manner, pleasantly and professionally. Location was central, directions for self checkin were accurate and hassle-free. Apartment was nice, well furnished. Internet worked well. Kitchen had basic tools and appliances like kettle, microwave, etc..as well as pots and pans. Tall people can easily access the top cabinets but not so easy to reach the cups and glasses for those under 5ft 5 Cons The loft access stairs are a bit tricky so you have to be careful to not slip. However the major issue was serious mold in master bathroom - This was not obvious from the listing photos. Reporting it during the stay would have likely made no difference as it cannot be addressed without vacating the apartment for treating the mold. Also had ants in the kitchen getting into the food on countertops , dining table etc. Reported this and ant baits were provided quickly. But it took a couple of days fot the baits to work so not being able to keep any food on the counter or cabinets was another significant issue.

The staff are very nice. The apartament Is a little expenxive because is in the 0 floor. Very clean!

Great location

This was the perfect place to stay to be a short walk to popular restaurants and pubs. Everything was great at the apartment and the owner is very helpful and responsive.

The welcome was perfect, everything was well explained. Igor is easily reachable and responds quickly. The studio was very good, always a good smell and the necessary equipment. I recommend!

Fehler in der Objektbeschreibung

Anscheinend wurden als Einheit für die Wohnfläche nicht square meter sondern square feet angegeben. Dadurch ist die angebene Fläche dann für deutsche Mieter mit 3 qm abgeben, obwohl es wohl ca. 45 sind.
