Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time with our whole family. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed. The kids had so much fun at the pool and lazy river. We would definitely go back again. Thank you!

Great place but very dirty

We had a great time staying in this home and playing at the pool. It was a family reunion and we made lots of memories. The house was a great size and was very comfortable for our large group. The house was very dirty. We had to request to have the intake and vents cleaned as well as the ceiling fans because they were completely caked in dust. The carpets and hard floors seem to have never been cleaned and there were cockroaches everywhere! We own a pest control company and so we know that the company handling the pest management for Utah’s best is not handling the situation. We had cockroaches get inside of packages of food that were in the cupboards! When maintenance did come to the house to clean the intake and vents, they put the hose in the hot tub, left it running with the cover open, and left the house. We returned from swimming to find the water running over and flooding the backyard. We had several very young children that could have fallen in. When I reported this, no one even seemed concerned. Before arriving, I had asked about pool floats and whether or not we would need to bring some. I was told they had several. There were 5 or 6 and only one held air. There was a foot pump that took about 20 minutes to fill a tube with. Again, I brought it to the attention of management and did not receive feedback. We ended up going to Dollar Tree to buy pool noodles for everyone. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness and care could definitely use some improve.

Great for family reunion

First night the upstairs a/c was broken. But they had it fixed by the next morning. The rest of the vacation was perfect. Kids loved the pool, we went every single day. Tons of sleeping room!

We didn’t want to leave!

This house was perfect for our extended family! We loved having the kids pool and lazy river RIGHT across the street. So fun!!! The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. All the extras like games and pool floats were so appreciated. One reviewer mentioned cockroaches. We didn’t see a single cockroach in the house. The only small glitch we had was with the ice maker in the freezer but management responded to the problem almost immediately and answered any other questions we had within minutes. We truly loved our time here. It went way too fast! We would love to stay here again!

The facility was awesome. You have a horrible case of cockroaches. They were in several bathrooms

Loved the location and loved the park. The house was very nice. Other than the infestation with cockroaches, it was fabulous. Not sure if I’d go there again just because of the bugs.

Great Baseball Tournament Team house

Other than arriving to overflowing trash cans (outside), everything was great. The management company was responsive when calling for help to get in and the trash.

Beautiful place in a great location

The very disappointing thing is that we chose this place because it had a hot tub that some others did not. The hot tub was disgusting and completely unusable. The headrests are broken/missing and the water is terrible.

Great spot

We had a great time. Plenty of space for 30 people of all ages. Our only complaint was that the ac downstairs was out the whole time and it was work to get help with it and even then, the problem wasn’t fixed. We did not have ac downstairs the entire trip and any help we got was after 10:30 pm when children were sleeping and they needed to work in the bedrooms. Hope they fix the ac today before the next people arrive!

Great Rental for Multiple Families to Enjoy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house was in good repair and clean. There was some noticeable wear and tear in some of the rooms and not all of the kitchen utensils where their, but the overall location was amazing. This location was at the end of a cul de sac and right across the street from the waterpark. It was also close to hop onto the trail that runs behind the homes and close to the pickleball courts. A couple of last things that we had issues with was the internet in the home, which made it difficult to watch movies together in the evenings. And it would be nice if the street parking was enforced as all of the parking on the road became frustrating and potentially dangerous with the kids.

Fun place

We had to wait for a while to check in because they were still cleaning it because the people before us trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were really nice and apologetic and we understood what they were going through. It would have been nice if there was some tin foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen.

Overall it was a nice stay, we did have problems with the units hot tub, internet connection, and teenagers staying past the closure time at the pool who were loud and behaving in a way that was unsafe. Not bad

Location excellent. Came to fiull garbage cans so nowhere to put our garbage. Had to carry it down the street Fire pit doesn’t work. Didn’t even try after that to use bbq Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom We’ll equipped with pot and pans. Bunk/playroom was a great hit!

This was a very nice clean home. We wished there would have been a second refrigerator in the garage, as when you bring 30 people, the fridge fills up fast. Kids loved the pool right across from the home and the hot tub! It was clean and everything was in good order. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Christmas get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was in good condition. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. A few basic items missing from the kitchen. But overall all worked out great. We had 19 of us and there were enough beds for everyone. Although in the bedroom with the bunk beds, the parents had to sleep in with the kids and that was not what they wanted. We wanted all the kids to sleep together and adults to have their own room. That was misleading. But they made it work and we all enjoyed the weekend stay. We would stay there again.

Disappointing

We make an annual family trip to St George to escape the cold and enjoy southern Utah. This is the first year we’ve tried Paradise Village and it was very disappointing. The homes are a little older than Acadia Resorts, there were a number of light bulbs burned out and the furniture had a lot of wear and tear. One of the shower curtains collapsed randomly while someone was using it. We were excited about the kids pool, but were informed after booking that the pool would be closed for repairs during our visit. I asked if we could use one of the other pools at an adjacent property and never heard back. The hot tub was the worst. The water was very low and cloudy. It started foaming excessively when we started it, and when we checked the filter it was lined with dirt. I sent all of this information to the property owners but have yet to hear any response.
