Close to BuschGardens

Awesome location, couldn’t have asked for closer accommodations to Busch Gardens. The one day it rained, we just went to the indoor pool there on the property.

Awesome

It was a great experience. For no more than a nice hotel we had a 2br 2 bath house, and all the extras. Playground for the kids, pools indoor and outdoor. Beautiful property and amazing staff. Loved it. Well be back. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Get Away

This trip was planned last minute and we are so glad we did it. The property was close to everything and we had some really nice family time together. The place was great. Bathroom could have been a little bigger but that didn't ruin our time together. All in all we had a great time.

4/10 Mala

Thumbs down on management but nice resort

We stayed in two different portions of the resort. Initially we stayed in the Townes and our unit was LOVELY. Fully updated and stocked well. Mid week we had to move to a cottage and to say the least, it was awful. When we switched units we were informed that they forgot to clean our new unit so here we were, homeless with all our food spoiling and my husband had nowhere to get ready for his convention. 2-4 hrs after the 12:00 estimate was the guess. No apologies. We were told we would be texted when it was ready. That never happened. We finally showed back up and were told we had to move to a different unit than the initial one we were told about. It was AWFUL the toilets were clogged for the duration of the stay. You could only flush if you ran the sink?! We weren’t stocked with any extra linens for the pull out bed or half bath. No soap no towels. . The couches were so dirty and torn that I had to put a sheet over them to sit. Also, please be advised that the man working in the activities center does not like people. He yelled at our daughter for drawing a smiley face in the condensation of the window while we were waiting. When I confronted him about it he was shocked that his yelling wasn’t acceptable. I Told the managers but got zero response. Back to the Powhatan we go.
