Seas The Daze is on MP 9.5 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This home offers views of the Ocean, Wright Brother's Memorial, & the surrounding area that is enhanced by the unique 4 story layout. Furnished w/Your Vacation Needs in Mind, this home offers its own Private Swimming Pool. Conveniently Located Within Easy Walking Distance of Area Shopping, Dining, & Public Beach Access is only 1 1/2 Blocks to the Beach. This house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a small private pool (great for young kids), 6 people hot tub, a game room! Great space for 2 families. 4 floors of living space so you can spread out when you want to! Also included is a cargo elevator outsider! You can now load up to 400lbs of groceries and luggage and the elevator will stop at every balcony for easy loading and offloading! (THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PEOPLE)

4 BR, 3Q, two twin bunks beds twin over twin, sleeps 10, 2.5 baths, TV’s in every bedroom with WiFi!! Balconies off every bedroom and breathtaking views!

Great home for an active family with a private swimming pool (Pool May 15th - September 30th. 6 person hot tub (hot tub open all year) Amenities include 6 TV's, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, central air & heat, ceiling fans, grill, open deck w/deck furniture, and outside shower.

Linens and beach towels are included. Beach towels can be added for an additional cost.
House is equipped with the following standard amenities: A/C & Heat (unless otherwise noted), television, internet service, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, service dishes, dishes, silverware, can opener, assorted glassware, furniture, appliances, brooms, and vacuums. Houses should have bedspreads and pillows. Blankets may not be in the unit so you may want to bring your own. You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. You should also bring any items that you feel are indispensable for an enjoyable vacation. All TV's have streaming capabilities. You cannot rearrange furniture or take furniture to the beach. Our company shall not be responsible for changes to equipment, amenities or furnishings made by owner without our knowledge.

Overall, this house was perfect for what we needed! The house was clean, and the host was extremely responsive. Whenever we I contacted him, he responded within minutes. If you like being walking distance from restaurants and a ton of amenities, it’s a perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. We found a nice public entry to the beach about a block and a half away, and the beach wasn’t overwhelmingly crowded. We really enjoyed the pool, game room, and hot tub! Perfect for a family vacation with kids.

Location, location, location is right! Not a far walk to the beach. Pool and Hot Tub were nice. We had some problems with the bathrooms, but when reaching out to the number provided we were responded to quickly. Upstairs bathroom had some water damage, condensation and mold. Fan in other bathroom leaked a little when we arrived. Stairs give you a work out but just be prepared and they're not bad. Over all very happy with our experience and stay!!

We were very happy with the house and the location was great. Lots of places in walking distance. The host was very quick to respond when we needed something. We would definitely book this location again.

Loved being here. The balconies, hot tub and pool were great and it was walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The floors were a little dirty but we are at the beach so I’m sure it’s hard to keep a completely clean floor. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

OBX Stay

We loved our vacation at this property. It is our favorite location in Outer Banks and a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and things to do. The hot tub and game room were great for our teenagers and the house was very clean and new!! We would definitely stay again!!

The property was beautiful. The house was beautiful. The cleaners neglected to clean the bathrooms and bedrooms and kitchen and floors. The refrigerator down stairs was full of water in the bottom. Large spiders everywhere inside and out. Great communications with the people. Bedspreads were not clean and the filth under the beds and dressers was unbelievably nasty. Dishes were left in the dishwasher unwashed and most of the utensils and cookware had to be washed. No dish cloths or dish towels no dish drainer. We went and got one and donated to the house. We donated two cookie sheets as well. The pool was great but the hot tub had blue stuff floating in it. The couch was not very clean. Over all it please was great and the location is perfect.

Great location if you want to be near everything. House has a lot of room to spread out. Owner is very responsive when needed and keeps you informed.

Very clean with nice furniture. Home smelled clean as soon as we walked in the door. Lots of stairs but we managed. The beach access that is mentioned was not the easiest so we ended up choosing a different one. The lift was a nice addition! Overall would stay there again!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our beach vacation! Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had, check-in was easy and we were able to walk to the beach or relax at the pool/house and it was perfect. The cargo lift was a life-saver for unloading luggage and groceries! Nice touch.

Great stay!

The house worked out great for our needs! The kids loved having a hot tub in the winter. I know its a minor thing, but I appreciated that the cookware was nice stainless steel pots and pans as opposed to non-stick pans full of chemicals. Thanks so much!

Great Location

We stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location to walk to shops, 7/11, a few resturaunts and not too far of a walk to the beach. There was a slight issue in the beginning with some confusion on the linen, but the property manager got back to us in a quick and efficient manner. He had the issue resolved the same day! We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub and pool was great for the littles.

Clean and spacious

Our week was fabulous. The property was clean and the four levels afforded us privacy when we desired it. The main level allowed us space to play games, eat together and just ‘hang out’. My kids loved Ms. PacMan and we all loved the hot tub and pool. The toughest thing was walking the flights of stairs, but since that gave us some exercise, that was a positive, too.

OBX 2023!

Great location! Nice house, cargo elevator was a nice touch! Lots of steps but we knew what we were in for. Wear your Fitbit! Lol. We had so much fun walking to the beach and then playing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. You really can park the car and walk to every thing. Owner is easy to communicate with and responds promptly. Best vacation!!!

Pros: responsive owner, good central location, on site pool (albeit very small), nice hot tub for adults, good game room for kids in basement, nice view from top floor, not too far from beach, walkable to several restaurants, electric lift for bagsCons: very narrow and vertical so you will be climbing lots of stairs, no really good outdoor deck space for hanging out, in much need of a deep cleaning (many hairs everywhere), pictures make it look newer and nicer than it really is, uncomfortable beds, you need to supply a lot of things (bath soap, dish soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc), path to beach is not well described and challenging (we followed instructions and had to go thru Ramada which was not really permitted)

Very clean...Lots of stairs

This house was very clean and accurately represented by the photos online. Pros: The owner of this property was very responsive during our stay. We had a maintenance issue with the A/C that was resolved the same day. We also appreciated the fact that the house is withing walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Cons: The amount of stairs within the house make it a challenging accommodation for older guests and families with small children. We were disappointed that the private beach access that is mentioned online was overgrown, poorly maintained, and virtually un-usable. The next available public beach access is a considerable distance. We enjoyed our stay and having the private pool, but would not choose to stay in this house again as it was not the best fit for our family's needs.

Thank you for your thoughts. The beach access is used by many families everyday young and old. There are no thorns and can be walked barefoot (unless the sand is too hot during the summer) It is not a public beach access and the town of KDH does not maintain it. As for the steps, its only three regular flights from the ground floor to the top. There are no added steps to each flight......AND we have a cargo elevator that stops at every balcony for easy on/off load so all you have to carry is yourself.
