Its all about the location location location!!

We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the home's cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We take these comments seriously and have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure our cleaning standards are consistently met. We also appreciate you letting us know about the downstairs refrigerator and hot tub, as well as the kitchen items you felt were missing. These items have been addressed with our maintenance and housekeeping teams. If you could of told us during your stay we would of taken care of your concerns. Thank you for your thoughts. The beach access is used by many families everyday young and old. There are no thorns and can be walked barefoot (unless the sand is too hot during the summer) It is not a public beach access and the town of KDH does not maintain it. As for the steps, its only three regular flights from the ground floor to the top. There are no added steps to each flight......AND we have a cargo elevator that stops at every balcony for easy on/off load so all you have to carry is yourself.
