Canyon lake quick weekend trip

It was the perfect place on the lake. The views are amazing from almost every room, the house is clean and the beds are so comfortable. Great getaway to canyon lake. The hot tub is such a plus too with incredible views. Will definitely be back!

Love it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super cute and comfy, the view was amazing! Our kids are already to come back. Highly recommmend!

Great spot to unwind!

My wife and I spent the weekend here in early November, right as a cold front hit and the stay was great! Our friends were supposed to join us but had to cancel last second so we (and our dog) had the place to ourselves. The lake view, deck, and especially the hot tub combined for a great place to unwind … and watch a ton of wildlife!

Great view of Canyon Lake!

We had a great stay at Wishingwell! The house was clean, plenty of nice fluffy bath towels, well equipped kitchen, and amazing view of Canyon Lake. The beds were also super comfy. We’re in our 50’s and a little bed-picky :). I loved having the area information sent to us ahead of our stay for restaurant and shopping recommendations, thanks, Dawn! We would definitely go back again, maybe in summer for swimming!

Awful neighborhood.

We did not stay in the unit. Unfortunately there was no picture of the front of the unit. Very disappointed and did not feel safe in the neighborhood. My bday was totally ruined. The property manager stopped answering calls and texts.

The waterfront street has many vacation rentals and all the neighbors love the renters. It's VERY safe and we've never had anyone ask for a picture of the front and due to security reasons we don't offer that. Upon arrival you immediately said you didn't feel safe with the construction workers next door remodeling the vacant home so the owner stopped construction for you--the previous guests brought the workers birthday cake. My manager (and vrbo) replied to every text, call and email for several days after your departure. As owner, we pride ourselves in taking care of our guests concerns and we're sorry you decided to leave shortly after arrival.

Great views and hot tub was great! Nice layout and has 3 good Bedrooms. DW bit steep. Dislikes - no fire pit and no room for extra items like make up bag etc in master BR.
