Awesome site!! Had 20 family members for 4 nights - everybody from 12 to 83 enjoyed the Chautauqua and wish to return!! The house had it ALL- beach, view, large TVs, comfortable beds and pillows, well equipped kitchens, fun toys and pool table, everything worked well…. Linda was very helpful and friendly!! Literally a top notch location- hope to return soon…. Dick Bultman

The location was convenient. A short walk each morning had us on the beach. We could walk to dinner, ice cream, mini golf.The home was large enough to handle our group. The grown ups each had their own rooms and the kids loved hanging out upstairs.We prepared multiple meals and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc... It was convenient to have laundry on site. The beach chairs and toys made time in the sand excellent.We had a great week full of memories!

Beach access excellent, quiet area, close to shops restaurants, brewery all walkable.House is well equipped and plenty of room for our group of 18.

Amazing stay and property

Linda’s beach was spacious and had all the necessary things for a great day at the beach. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay right on the beach!

The stay was wonderful! There was plenty of room and everything we needed was there. Could have used some pot holders:)The sunrises were spectacular and the harvest moon was phenomenal!!!

Very clean and Linda was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Beautiful ocean view, you can't beat it, and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect Little Getaway

We had a girls weekend with 14 girls and it was wonderful. Great location right on the beach, plenty of room and bathrooms to get ready. Would also be great for families!

Great vacation spot

We spent Thanksgiving this year at the beach. This is a wonderful home with an excellent location. We found it perfect for the mixed ages with adults and kids and enjoy the recreation space above and easy access to the beach.
