Wailea Grand Champions #65 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor with a golf course view and large pool-side lanai. Window unit air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, a dvd player, and free Wifi. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, window a/c, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, alarm clock, and full bathroom with a shower. There is a king bed as well in the guest room, window a/c, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and alarm clock. In the living room you'll find a queen sofa bed, window a/c, ceiling fan, large flat-screen TV, and a dvd player. For outdoor activities, Wailea Grand Champions #65 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Unit #65 has two lanais--one with cover and shade and the other is below the upper lanai. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
The nearby Ulua and Mokapu Beaches are a quick drive down the hill from the The Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. The complex is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. In addition the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions consists of 188 units in 20 two- and three-story buildings.

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice place to stay for the family of 5. Management company was very professional and handled whole process without any problems. Only drawback is that this condo is really close to a pool which sometimes gets pretty crowded and noisy.

Great location, beautiful views.

Property was in a great location for the week for myself my significant other and my parents. We have plenty of space the washer dryer was key. The location was walking distance to the shops in Wailea and beaches.

Grand Champions #65

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the complex. Unit 65 is a very good location within the complex. Size and layout good. Good size bedrooms/ensuites. 2 nice balconies. Was equipped with beach umbrellas, chairs, snorkle fins....which was appreciated. Stove was not working, so we had to utilize a portable stove top unit thru-out the stay, which was less than ideal. Bedsheets not great....fitted sheet in master not proper size, so would not stay in place.

Lovely Stay

Condo was exactly as listed, comfortable, spacious with great lanai's! We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything we were interested in doing. Would love to visit again sometime!

Nice stay but....

Very good location and nice layout with great lanai's. However, the condo needs some maintenance and is becoming a little run down. We have stayed in the condo before and it was fresh and clean, not so much now. Some of the amenities, like kitchen knives and the bedroom TV's were old and worn. Also, all the guest parking spots were filled with residents who store their cars in them; not a problem if you only have one car but we had 2 for the 4 people that stayed here. There was also a roofing project happening on the building next door so cutting, hammering and workmen all day, all week was not enjoyable to hang out in. Yes, I know we were on Maui and should be out enjoying the island, but you can't do that all day, every day. All in all it was about a 2.5 for this unit which is unfortunate because we know how it was a couple of years ago...it just isn't that now.

Great place for family.

We had an amazing trip with family for my sons wedding. Loved having the second deck. Right next to the adult pool and across the lane to the family pool. Bbq areas nicely kept

Nice apartment!

Property was as advertised, good location near the pool and great views of the golf course. Very entertaining watching the golfers try to reach the green. Easy check in and process.

Maui paradise

Loved the layout and size of the unit. For two couples it was perfect having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Our unit also had two lanai’s which we made good use of. It had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a beach umbrella (a couple of the beach chairs are in need of replacement). The property is beautifully landscaped and the pools were easy to access and had bbq’s that we used numerous times. The property management company was great to work with and their customer service was excellent. A few things to note: Being right next to the pool is a pro and a con - it was great for access and not so great for noise. As a ground floor unit it was nice not having stairs but you could also hear the people upstairs whenever they were walking around. The location was good with several beaches only a short drive away as well as shopping. As first time visitors to Maui it was a great place to enjoy the island and experience all that it has to offer.

Great Family Condo

This was our 10th stay in Maui, second with our children. By far, this was our favorite condo. It was very clean, well-appointed, and carefully thought out. We had an issue with a shower handle on our first night and the management company was quick to respond and mitigate the issue. We’re hoping to be back in two years and double hoping we’ll be able to rent it again.

The location is great but you will hear the maintenance people at the pool early every morning if that bothers you.

Perfect getaway without breaking the bank!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my week long vacation. The per/night cost was perfect. Everything I needed I was near by: pool, beach/ocean, stores and main roads. I had a great time and could not have asked for a better location!

Poolside in Wailea

The condo is exactly as listed; close to the pool and it has everything you’ll need. The only downside, sometimes, is because it’s close to the pool, privacy is limited. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

It is clean, very well kept, just steps away from the main pool, well air conditioned, well stocked with dishes and other items to help with your stay. Parking is right in front of the main door. The property is quiet, warm, and amazingly quiet and peaceful. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat if I manage to get back to Maui in the future.

Dreamy Oasis

We had a marvelous experience at Grand Champions #65. The ease of finding the unit and parking space was a great start to a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a very clean and comfortable space with more than enough room for a longer stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms were just what we needed for our 8 day stay in Maui. The unit had everything we needed to make a delicious and home cooked meal. We enjoyed grilled steaks from the pleasant and very clean pool area and enjoyed eating from the lanai as we watched the sunset. All the fun toys, chairs, and beach towels were ready for all day fun in the sun. We especially loved that the pool area was expertly maintained and cleaned each morning (our early risers got to watch the meticulous cleaning each day from the lanai). It was nice to have a quiet, well maintained, and beautiful property to stay in that was away from the busier touristy towns. It was a treat to come home each night to a peaceful place to rest and enjoy what the property had to offer. We will definitely recommend a stay at Grand Champions and hope to visit again soon.

Great Place

We enjoyed this condo very much! Close to the pool and a beautiful lanai overlooking the pool. Very comfortable and had an ice make that worked great! We would definitely rent here again!

Excellent spacious clean!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a 2 bdrm w/an ocean view and the nearby pool. We got all that and more! Condo #65 was great! It has a spacious layout with plenty of room for my family (4ppl but could easily fit morel). We loved sitting on the balcony drinking my morning cup of coffee and watching our kids play in the the pool: Heads up...if you are a light sleeper this might not be the unit for you-the pool can be loud and we noticed other people stayed up chattering laughing talking swimming around the pool & jacuzzi til late. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans dishes plate ware etc. There are not a lot of spices for cooking in the cabinets however. We hosted a BBQ for my family of 12 ppl one night and there was plenty of plates & silverware to go around and everybody fit comfortably in the condo and on the balcony dining table. Gas Bbq at the pool worked great and is well lit at nighttime with flood lights overhead. The condo is also well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach bag, towels, even sand toys for the little ones. Access to unit 65 is on the ground level so no need to carry your bags upstairs, but you feel like you are on the 2nd floor because of the balconies overlooking the golf course and pool. Parking spot is right in front of the condo. Laundry machines worked great.
