We have a rental agreement to protect against unruly guests which sets out expectations, but never would want you to feel this way. We have a customer support line available via phone and email. Sometimes the trash schedule for individual properties can be off and result in some trash still being in bins when you arrive. If you had reached out about your concerns we definitely would have put your mind at ease and looked for a solution if needed. We will look into the signs that you mentioned. Kabino does not put up any signs and provides all information virtually, so these must have been placed by the owner of the property. We'll reach out to them and see if there is anything we can do to improve the vibe while helping to protect their property.
