Cozy, great accommodation, great location,,closed to shopping mall, walkable to MOA and rooms is good for 4 people, building staffs are very helpful and welcoming. It’s a home away from home!

MOA staycation

We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of arrangement and convenience of our stay. Grace and everyone involved kept us informed from airport transportation, location, amenities, etc. We highly recommend them when traveling to Manila.

Excellent location and service

Condo is well located and very clean. Did have some problem with the internet shutting down sometimes but owner was very responsive.

Amazing place, great location, friendly host. Couldn't have asked for a better find in homeaway. We'll surely rent this place again and again. 100% recommended!

PI trip

Property including parking garage was immaculate. Unit much smaller than we expected, especially for 2 couples. Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Host & manager very responsive to questions & needs. Only issue, persistent roach infestation which had been addressed.

Mold all over bathroom ceiling. Lots of little gnats/bugs in the bathroom. Little mini cockroach, beetles everywhere. Nice little apartment aside from those items. Listing had a washer shown, but there wasn't one in the unit. Actually, the photos of the bathroom were completely inaccurate (must've been for a different unit). Staff directed me towards a decent little laundry shop on the first floor.

It would’ve been perfect if the shower wasn’t leaking ang leaving the whole bathroom floor wet all the time. Parking is ridiculously high. Only Paid Parking, and spent at least Php1300 for overnight.

My stay at Shore Tower B

I was well pleased with the room I had procured. It was clean and ready apparently well before I arrived. Only 2 minor issues occurred that were promptly resolved once reported. Noise from an adjacent neighbor & leaking Mini-split AC. Overall a very nice stay I do recommend to anyone!

The Condo was very clean and had all the furnishings that you would need. Trash bags and toilet paper, along with soap and shampoo was provided. We liked the security in the area. It was in walking distance to the Mall of Asia, and we liked the restaurants near the building. The only warning, I would provide is that since the condo is a private rental, you need to be aware that you must work through the agent for visitors list which include access to the pool. Working through the agent is very easy and quick. Since the front desk of the building is of really no help, I wanted to mention the warning. Working with Grace and Glen was easy, and communications was good. I hope this review helps.

I book this for my in-laws and they liked it. However, the six days that they were there, they became uncomfortable due to little baby cockroaches that they saw inside the unit. I told my in-laws to washed all of the utensils, cups, and plates or whatever they needed for cooking before using it. My in-laws loved the unit, but it just came short due to roaches. This is a health hazard and if the unit is infested, imagine the other units too. Also, I told my in-laws that the source of those roaches was probably not even from the unit itself, but rather from the other units. This I can’t justify, but it is possible. Overall, the unit was clean, but the roaches did not make my in-laws stays at ease. However, it was an easy check in and out. I will definitely not choose this Residence again in the near future.
