Modern, beautiful one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a brand new construction home in the Cathedral Park Neighborhood close to the St Johns Bridge, Cathedral Park and the historic St Johns neighborhood!
Our hip space will be a perfect place for you to call your home while you explore restaurants, parks, and sights in Portland! Go out or stay in! We had fun decorating with a Portland theme and sourced much of the decor locally. Take advantage of the modern kitchen with gas stove and cook up some delicious meals with goodies from the local farmers market. Chill on the patio? Yes, there is secluded backyard patio. Get a good night sleep on the brand new Caspar mattress and get your laundry done with the stacked washer/dryer. Relax? Yes, Binge-watch your favorite TV shows on the smart flat screen TV in the bedroom with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video, and cable service. Stay cozy in the Fall/Winter with the radiant floor heating and cool in the summer with AC. Sleeps 2.
This is the lower apartment in a two-unit building. We have permanent tenants who live upstairs with their dog. As such, there may be some ambient noise from above. On occasion, the tenants may use the side yard as a dog run. This is a separate space from your exclusive back patio.

We purchased the home in 2017. It's brand new modern construction and is close the beautiful St Johns bridge, cathedral park, and the charming St Johns downtown. The St Johns neighborhood features charming boutiques, local restaurants, brewpubs, coffee shops, local cinema and more!
