I’m going too sound like a commercial for the location. It could not have been more comfortable, convenient or cozy. Location was great, loved the feel of the apartment. Pam was great to work with, we will stay here again.

Very nice apartment and very, very clean. Everything about this rental was above average except for the online description. It should have mentioned that this apartment is on the second floor. That being said, we will look forward to renting this unit again on our next trip to Maine.

It was clean and comfortable. My husband never used a keyless lock and I was still at work when he checked in, He called me to say he didn't know how to get it unlocked and I called the renter. She was so kind and went over to check on my husband to make sure he got into the house. Thank you. We hope to come back again.

Great location. The deck out back allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge help. It was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. We would stay here again.

The apartment was great. Hallowell is a wonderful place to visit. The only issue that occurred during our stay was that after a day in the apartment we found out that the local public water supply had high levels of PFAS. The unit doesn't have the correct water filters to minimize ingestion. I recommend bringing in bottled water for drinking, cooking and teeth brushing until the levels return to normal and safe for consumption.

Thank you for your response. We do provide bottled water for our guests. We are installing a whole house water filtration system specifically designed to filter PFA’s.

Such a great little space and town. Loved that it was walking distance to a little main street with shops and restaurants. Beautiful place. Great accomodations.

The place is so very clean and very well furnished. The location is perfect. Quick walk to the stores and restaurants. It has everything you need to cook there. The host gets right back to you if there is anything you need or have any questions. So comfortable the furniture and the bed was great for a good night sleep. It’s very quiet. We loved it and will be back again for sure.

Supper clean perfecr location

Property was very clean. Great location between Augustus and Gardner. Will definitely be staying there again when I go back.

Very nice upstairs apartment. The bed was comfy, laundry was nice, loved the fireplace.Hallowell is a sweet little town with a lot of history. Loved the little seating area right along the river. Burano's Wood-fired Pizzaria had the best pizzas ever.Would definitely like to come back.

Homey in Hallowell

We loved our stay in Hallowell! Convenient location, away from the main drag. Easy to go visit family and friends in other towns. Spacious enough to have our friends come over after dinner out to continue fellowship.

Pam and Eric have thought of everything for this gorgeous apartment. Loved my stay in the heart of Hallowell. The gas fireplace was so cozy on a rainy day! Clean, close to the downtown shops, and really wonderful accommodations. Thank you! Will be back next time I’m in town.

This apartment is located right in downtown Hallowell where there is some of the best restaurants and pubs in Central Maine. It is less then 5 minutes from the State House and 10 minutes from MaineGeneral.
