This is a home built for your enjoyment! From the fabulous front porch with rockers and a swing to the screened in back porch with outdoor fireplace and TV it was designed with the families and renters in mind. It is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home. Each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom. The downstairs master has a king-sized bed, and each upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There are TVs in each room and plenty of storage. Located on a new cul-de-sac in Tuscan Hills subdivision only 5 miles from the Square. The open kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for all your entertainment needs. There is plenty of comfortable seating and space.

This is my full-time home, and I welcome you to make it you’re own while you’re here but there are some dealbreakers. If you are planning a party or graduation celebration of more than 10 people (including renters), please disclose this to me ahead of time. No more than 20 people please (including renters), and 10pm is the closing time. I love a party, but I need to let the neighbors know in advance! This is a very quiet cul-de-sac. There will be NO drugs or paraphernalia on the premises. ZERO tolerance. Your reservation will be cancelled, you will be removed from the residence and no deposit will be refunded. If the police show up, we will have to talk!

You will have access to the entire home with exception of locked master closet and attic spaces.
