2026 BEACH BLOCK BEAUTY

Our unit is just steps away (no streets to cross) from the expansive Wildwood Crest beach with excellent ocean views from the third floor balcony and master bedroom. Our unit is freshly painted, newly furnished, decorated and equipped with three flat screen LED TVs. There is of course complimentary Wi-Fi internet access as well. All three bedrooms have new carpet and the remaining flooring is either hardwood or tile. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker which offers the convenience of single serve or carafe brew, blender, waffle maker, dishwasher and toaster oven. The bedrooms/sofa sleeper are very comfortable and combine to sleep a total of 10 guests. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, master bath and direct access to the balcony and ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has two sets of bunk beds and a crib. There is an additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony has a new outdoor conversation set with enough seating for 5/6 comfortably. Our unit also has a utility room with washer and dryer. The unit is child friendly and is the perfect location to make family memories for a lifetime.

Other amenities include central air conditioning, a building elevator, two off street covered parking spaces, two community gas grills, bicycle rack, and outdoor shower to wash away the sand.

The Mare Bella complex is conveniently located in close proximity to not only the beach, but Wildwood's famous boardwalk. A little known fact: there are more amusement rides on Wildwood's three piers and two water parks than in Disney World! Shops, games, and food are abundant on Wildwood's 1.85 mile boardwalk. There is something for everyone. Biking is encouraged prior to 11 AM daily with multiple bike rental shops close by (or bring your own).

Wildwood Crest is often hailed as 'The Dolphin Capital' with frequent sightings close to the beach. If you want more, the neighboring town of Cape May has several Dolphin/Whale cruises --- a must do! Restaurants are plentiful in 'the Crest' as well with multiple, excellent authentic cuisines.

Well equipped condo in great location

Family of 5 spent a great week in Wildwood Crest. Plenty of room to spread out. Unit was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. 2 covered parking spots next to elevator helped us get packed/unpacked quickly. Would stay again.

Great family beach rental

We loved this condo. Plenty of space for the boys to play on the floor. Well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment to use. The extra half bath was a blessing and the laundry room made life so easy. Only a few steps from the beach, we loved everything!!!

Great family spot

We really enjoyed this property for a few days with our 3 little kids and my mother. It’s spacious and well appointed. The parking is so easy and the beach supplies were clutch! We had an easy time getting on and off the beach, to all the attractions, and were able to enjoy our time on the balcony when our kids went to sleep. The owners were super helpful and responsive, definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful week!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. We were just steps from the beach, had enough room to be together, but also have some space. My favorite part may have been the balcony. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. We were very happy here. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Great stay!

We stayed here in May for a short beach getaway. It was everything we needed! This place fit 4 adults and 5 kids comfortably. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a very short walk to the beach. it was a nice and quite area. The condo was very clean. When we had a small issue the owner was very quick to respond and the issue was solved! We can't wait to come back again!

The place was clean and close to the beach.It was not in the description when we booked, but they provide no linens or towels at all and did not inform of this until the week of our stay. For various reasons this was extremely inconvenient and expensive for us. As a mom of young kids it’s not a vacation for me to have to go out and buy everything the rental is supposed to provide, do extra laundry/packing and make all the beds in the condo, not to mention the tear down & clean up to go home. Lastly, the communication about check in was chaotic. They were very vague about how to access the stairwell and seemed to not have the process streamlined at all. In addition, they only give you one key to the stairwell, so adults were always getting locked out and someone would have to run down and let them in or wait in the parking lot if we were doing separate activities and didn’t get back to the condo at the same time. Not enjoyable and again added extra hassle that I haven’t experienced with Vrbo rentals.All in all, there are better places to rent that have more experience in hospitality and I recommend choosing somewhere else.

Great vacation!

The condo was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. We used the outside grill to make steaks one night. 4 generations from ages 2 to 89 stayed with us, and the easy access from the elevator was great for all. When we got locked out once, the owner responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Lovers’ Home Away From Home

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is only one building from the beach path, so very close to the beautiful beach and NO streets to cross. There is a shower outside so you can rinse off sand before returning to the unit. Elevator next to parking spaces. The condo is very clean and has everything you could need (we did have some technical difficulty with the coffee maker, but figured that out.) Two and a half bathrooms and laundry room were a huge benefit for our group. Nice view from the balcony! The owner is wonderful to rent from and responds very quickly to any questions.

It was a great time.!! Joanne was very accommodating when we didn’t have pillows and parking so we could go to the beach after we checked out. Great location right near the beach. Place was spacious for 4 kids to run around.

Great condo by the beach!

The property was spacious and very clean! Due to COVID-19, I re-cleaned the condo as a safety measure and I must say the cleaning crew did an awesome job because my rags and paper towels picked up no trace of dirt or dust anywhere! My family and I loved sitting on the balcony every night and I don't think the pictures truly show how much room you have out there! While our stay wasn't conventional due to Storm Isaias. JoAnne made sure we had everything that we needed and checked in on us several times. Although the power went out, which is obviously outside of anyone's control, the building has a generator so some rooms and outlets still worked until the power came back on the next day. My family and I really loved this property and it was perfect for our getaway!

Quiet, and close to the beach

We booked the stay for a Sunday arrival arrived late Sunday night. We were tired and were dreading lugging our stuff to the 3rd floor. We were pleasantly surprised to find our parking spots just steps from the elevator, and our apartment only a few feet from the elevator on the third floor. We heard Wildwood is often loud at night and were happy to find Wildwood Crest quiet and family oriented. The apartment complex was just steps from the beach, and we had a great view from which to sip wine and enjoy the days/evenings. The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. It had the added luxury of having two full baths and a 1/2 bath which made it nice for showering off after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the property to others. Great for families and kids!!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, and family friendly condo!

This place was BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! Very family friendly! Peaceful and steps to the beach, short walk to the park. The kids and adults had a great time all week! JoAnne was great to work with.
