Apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was very easy to make arrangements with and very friendly and helpful with showing us around the apartment. The location was perfect for us, able to walk into city centre and near tram lines while staying in a quiet residential area. Views from the rooftop are stunning. Altogether my family had a very enjoyable stay.

Höte très accueillant. L'appartement est très bien situé (accès au centre ville en 15 minutes à pied) et très spacieux. Literie confortable. Au top ! Je recommande !

Tres bel appartement où nous avons fêté Noël en famille. Le séjour est spacieux, la terrasse permet une vue magnifique sur la ville et le quartier est agréable, très bien placé pour decouvrir Montpellier à pieds.L'hôte est réactif et accueillant. Je recommande sans aucune réserve !

Un super séjour à Montpellier!

Très grande et des vues magnifiques.Ludovic était chaleureux et serviable. Il y’avait tous qu’il faut dans l’appartement et les conseils pour la chaleur étaient très utiles. La piscine est super aussi.

Sehr schöne Ferien

Von der Vorbereitung , dem Einchecken, der Objektbeschreibung hat alles gestimmt und einfach geklappt. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend und hat Flair, besonders die Dachterrasse! Montpellier ist lebendig und interessant, die Umgebung der Wohnung dennoch ruhig. Wir haben die Familienferien sehr genossen!

Appartement tres bien equipe avec des terrasses magnifiques. Bien suivre les indications laissees sur place pour garder un minimum de fraicheur dans les chambre. Piscine très agrrable et distance tres correcte du centre ville pour pouvoir aller faire les petites courses a pied

L’appartement est lumineux et très pratique. La terrasse est magnifique avec une superbe vue. Le quartier est calme et toutes les commodités se trouvent à proximité.

Location

Ce fut très sympas malgré quelques petits désagréments, comme la place de parking qui passe 22h vous oblige à vous garer a l'extérieur, le frigo qui s'est mit a s'ecouler et que nous avons du nettoyer au second jour, les occupants precedents qui ont casse le lit et tâche les canapés et bouche la douche. Mais cela n'incombe pas au propriétaire mais au manque de civisme de certains locataires. Sinon chouette appartement bien positionné

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et avec une belle terrasse. bien placé dans un endroit calme et à proximité du centre ville accessible en tram. un très bon séjour. juste un petit bémol, il est compliqué d'assurer le rendu du linge de maison dans les conditions demandées et dans les délais impartis (lavé, séché, plié avant 11h lematin...).

Lovely apartment but with issues

- Loved the panoramic views, terrace, light, airiness, and space in the apartment. - Things felt slightly unclean under the surface (crockery etc) and bedding was all creased, though seemed clean. - Hard to cool apartment in hot weather, even trying to manage with shutters and air flow. Felt like a constant battle. Only one fan. - Quiet and peaceful location, about 10 minutes walk to well connected tram stop. - Lots of toys for children. - Kettle not working and many switches/lights didn’t work (electrics or bulb?) - Swimming pool fees costly for two adults and a child, but we had not been told that the pool was closed every mornings by until midday when we paid for this - worth noting if you plan to use at the start rather than end of your day. Pool not particularly clean, but perfect temperature and grassy areas around it. - Told on arrival on Saturday that there had not been hot water for two days, though they had got a plumber booked in for the Monday morning (still requested cash up front for cleaner though!). Told that as it was a heatwave most people had cool showers or could use someone else’s house(!). In the event it took 3 full days to get hot water working, for which we’d had to support by staying in twice for plumber/electrician (having to give them a key for a third visit on instruction from owner) and spending an hour or two overall communication with them about how to help fix it. With children aged 7 and 4 who would not tolerate cold showers/baths, we had to do three evening’s of boiling several saucepans of water to make a small, tepid bath (they needed a bath in a heatwave!) - hot water in an over hot apartment! Everyone was friendly and understanding, but when I asked the owner to consider a reduction in cost (which was no cheaper than a mid range to good hotel) due to the significant disruption to the holiday, none was offered and indeed it was then explained how a rebate would hit him hard financially. We felt this was unnecessary and not respectful of his position of owner and ours as guests. I have still not had a response two weeks later, and a week after raising this with Home Away. - So, potentially a wonderful apartment, but several issues!

It is disappointing to read this review. The apartment was professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and noone has ever complained about the cleanliness of either the apartment or the pool before. The pool is private to the residence and as such is monitored daily by an independent organisation. It was indeed very warm. It is always warm in the summer in the South of France but of course this summer there was a heatwave across Europe. The kettle does work and has been used by others since and spare lightbulbs are always left in a prominant place within sight. The pool fees are set out in the advert and were confirmed with the guests by email prior to arrival. It is a private pool for those living in the residence and so the fees apply to everyone and ensure that the pool is monitored full time by a lifeguard and inspected and maintained daily. The professional clean is optional and in this instance was requested. Once again, this was confirmed with the guests by email prior to arrival. The problem with the hot water began the day before (Friday) and the guests arrived late on Saturday. It was not possible to repair during the weekend but an alternative was offered – a neighbouring, empty and recently renovated apartment. The hot water could have been repaired on Monday but this was discussed with the guests and they preferred that the workman come on Tuesday. There were of course communications about appointments but no more onerous than those about the arrival time of the guests – which was rearranged at their convenience several times. There are games in the apartment for use by guests with children. They were not correctly arranged and since their departure certain games have pieces missing. However, no issue was made of this. For all these reasons, no reduction was offered.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great city.

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and well equipped with great outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing. Very private which added to a really relaxing stay. Well worth paying the extra to use the pool. Great location, close to tramway and with a supermarket nearby. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday... Montpellier is a lovely city and the beaches nearby are fab too.

Très bon séjour

Très bel appartement. Propriétaire très sympa. Cadre idéal pour la détente. Nous sommes partis à 5 personnes pour 4 jours l'endroit était tellement agréable que nous avons prolongés. 15 minutes en voiture des plages, 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville avec une vue d'ensemble de Montpellier sur la terrasse.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue sur le centre historique et le pic saint loup est tout simplement à couper le souffle. L'appartement est très bien et la terasse très agréable. La piscine est très agréable et très calme. Nous avons profité de la plage, de la piscine et du centre ville. Merci et à l'année prochaine on espère!
