Quite farm house in the country just minutes from town

The "FarmHouse" is a very cozy 4 bedroom house sitting on 6 acres. We lived in this house for 13 years before building a house further back on the property. The farmhouse has been fully updated and remodeled. Designed with smaller families and couples in mind (occupancy up to 6 with 4 adults Max, Proper number and type of guests must be selected to avoid penalties). This little house is as cozy as it gets and has everything you need. Great Central location in the valley next to a golf course with views of the surrounding mountains. Easy access to town and all that the area has to offer. Enjoy a little open space, petting and hanging out with the farm animals and enjoying the amazing views while you're on vacation.
This home is for family vacation use only. This house is not available for rent for any other use. We do not allow hosting gatherings or family events.

This was a great home base for our family during our Bozeman/Yellowstone trip. Convenient to town, and central to all the wonderful outdoor activities and parks. The house was just what we needed-enough bedrooms and comfortable after long days. We enjoyed the animals too!

This is a very comfortable home, with lots of parking and a nice outdoor space. The kitchen is well equipped and each of the bedrooms are nice. It is just on the edge of town, and as close to Belgrade as it is to Bozeman.

Perfect family getaway in Bozeman!Our family had a fantastic stay here. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed to relax after exploring the area. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet convenient to town, local shops, and area attractions. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor setup and visiting the farm animals on the property. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. We would love to stay here again!

Worth every penny! Our kids LOVED the treehouse and swing set, and the house itself had enough room for all of us. Very family friendly property! And the host was very communicative and responsive when I had a quick question. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely be back!!

Comfortable, clean, peaceful, cozy home with excellent communication with the host. The rental house had everything we needed and my family enjoyed visiting the two goats, two horses and cat who were in a fenced off area a little way from the rental (they are very quiet and friendly). The beds were comfortable. The rental was very clean. My child asked if we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this property.

Great Family Spot

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Our kids were comfortable and my spouse and I were able to unwind each day while the kids could play outside. Perfect spot for our family.

House was perfect for our family of 5, beautifully kept, beds were very comfortable and kids loved the farm animals. Location was convenient to Main Street, big store shopping (REI, Costco etc), MSU, tubing, and jumping off to Yellowstone. Highly recommend.

Cutest spot

Very clean property. The kids loved the animals and swings. Everything we needed was in the cabin and provided. Centrally located- 10 min from Montana State, 10 min from downtown Bozeman, 1 hr 20 min to Yellowstone, and 15 minutes to airport. Great trip, great stay. Owners were very friendly and nice.

Great cozy little farm house

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is as advertised. The owners were very friendly and the kids loved the play area and the goats. For those not familiar with Bozeman, the location is about 5-10 minutes outside of town. God Bless

Beautiful farm house, beautiful grounds, peaceful country setting, and only minutes from town. We had such a wonderful stay and experience visiting family in the area. Grandkids loved being here. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Great spot just outside Bozeman

Was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, great responsiveness from owners. The animals kept our 8-year old's attention, and she loved waking up and going to see them before the day. Perfect launching point for Big Sky, Yellowstone, and day trips. Bozeman's restaurants are under 15 minutes. We had a very fun week.
