New to the market and located above Church Bay (the western end of 2 miles of some of the most beautiful coastline in the world sits a new modern contemporary gem. This Studio apartment is fully detached from the main house providing a private experience. Features include king size bed, a Queen sized pull out sofa suitable for 2 children or 3rd adult, powerful air conditioning, large flat screen with HD Satellite showing content for every taste, wi-fi and bubble-massage tub and a towel warmer. The fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen has a Viking stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a full complement of cookware, dish ware and glassware. For those who need to stay connected, we provide 200Mbps Internet Service. Other amenities include washer/dryer, a hotel style safe, private patio with bar-b-que, and view of ocean.
We are literally a stone's throw from Church Bay beach, a great snorkeling location - across the street.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the main road to make walking, riding, buses or taxi transport a breeze. We have a dedicated Electric Vehicle Charge Point for exclusive use the apartment. There are beaches, pedestrian hiking trails, jet ski rentals, Port Royal golf course, spas, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and restaurants in close proximity. There are easy dining and spa options including the Fairmont Southampton and the Reefs Hotels restaurants both within 4 minutes. There is a large grocery store about 5 min ride from us.
The famous Horseshoe Bay Beach is about 4 minutes away and the beautiful Warwick Long Bay is about 6 min. The walking trails between the two have abundant small hidden beaches for exploration.
For those who are "green" conscious - Every light in the cottage is high quality LED providing superior light rendering. We have very efficient A/C systems and all electrical systems on property are powered by over 50 solar panels providing more than 15Kw of power to the house and cottage.
In the unlikely event of a power outage due to a hurricane or utility failure, we have a large 50KW diesal generator capable of easily powering all systems on the property for several days.
