Thank you for leaving a review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of this property. This complex is currently undergoing outside renovations and should be improved and completed by June. We apologize for the pool, as we try our best on keeping the leaves and bugs out against the daily windy conditions here on the island. We appreciate your business and look forward to having you stay at one of our many properties again. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and proximity to the beach, but we are truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. This is certainly not up to our standards, and your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services for all of our guests. It’s unfortunate that we were not made aware of these issues until your checkout. We strongly encourage guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns and ensure a pleasant experience. Your description of the condition you found is far from what we strive to provide. Rest assured, we are taking immediate action to clean and inspect the property thoroughly, ensuring it's in perfect condition for future guests. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to host you and provide you with the impeccable service we are known for. Please feel free to contact us directly if you decide to visit again, so we can assist you personally and ensure a stay that meets your expectations. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you thought our check-in process was a pain. We clearly state that check-in time is at 3pm. During the month of July we do not have much flexibility in that since guests are checking out at 11am and the next one is coming in at 3pm. Our housekeepers need this time to clean the units and then the inspector comes behind them to ensure everything is up to our standards. Once inspection has been completed, then we can check our guests in to the property. We also have a disclaimer on every site we advertise on that the elevator is not currently in working order. This site should have shown it as well. These condos are individually owned and we do not have any control over the elevator and the HOA, we just have to relay what information is presented to us. The fourth floor condos are usually more expensive than the others because of their view, but since Harvey, they have been priced the same as the others. It has taken this long for the owners of the condos and the HOA to come to a settlement since the hurricane. We hope you will be just as patient as our owners have been in this matter about getting the elevator back up in running by this fall. They did not have it to use to remodel and move furniture in and out of their units for approximately six months. Life in Paradise

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you had a great stay and were able to enjoy the view from the fourth floor. We will make a service order to have the door repaired. We have a disclaimer on our webpage about the elevator currently being out of order, we apologize for Vrbo not disclosing it on their website. Please come back and stay with us again.
