This charming 2 bedroom one bath house is perfect for a romantic get away, weekend with friends or just in time for booking a spot while dropping off kids at camp! Close to eateries, coffee, bars, river trail, Tea2Go, nail salons, churches, James Avery and so much more! Thirty minutes from Fredricksburg and lots of wine tasting!

Very comfortable furnishings, including new beds and linens which are just part of the charm you will experience when you walk thru the door! Soothing colors and lovely decor fill the home.

Big screen TV, books, games, WiFi , cable, something for everyone! BBQ in the privacy of a completely fenced back yard for a nice evening cookout. Small patio and nice yard with outdoor lighting, to sit and relax or for the kiddos to play. Less than a two minute walk to Elm Street Park!

Lovely

Everything you need is in the house. Comfy beds. Secure parking. Great location. Huge backyard. Quiet neighborhood. The host is thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can’t thank her enough.

Wonderful stay in Kerrville

We spent two nights in Kerrville with our teenage daughter who was on a school trip. The property was so comfortable and clean. Cathy is the best hostess we’ve ever had. She was available and friendly. She even left a little good luck gift for my daughter. A five star experience from start to finish!

We will return!

This is an absolutely wonderful house for a relaxing getaway in Kerrville. Cathy bent over backwards to make sure every detail was covered….including glasses for the eclipse! It will be at the top of my list for a return visit in the future.

Cozy Kerrville house

Cathy was very good at communicating from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Cathy provided many unexpected extras that included snacks, bottle of wine, and extra toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family trip

We had a quick trip to Kerrville and this house was perfect for us. Cathy was incredible at reaching out before the trip to check on any specific needs we had. We came in late to find lovely treats waiting on us, soft beds and AC which was very appreciated with these hot Texas days. We have a special needs son and traveling can be tricky but she was so accomodating and this was just the best house to get some relaxation while we visited our oldest son!! Great house!!

So soothing for the soul!

This get away was truly above our expectations! We wanted a quiet and quaint place to relax and we definitely got it! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was super clean, and the beds were SOOO COMFY! We loved sitting on the patio playing cards and dominoes in the evenings while we had our cocktails. And Cathy was spectacular! She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed and was there to answer any questions. She was like having a concierge! We loved it and will definitely go back!

Just Like Home

This charming small house has everything you need to settle in. It is tastefully decorated, has all the amenities you need, ample kitchen equipment, thoughtful bath needs, When you walk through the door, it feels like home. We enjoyed our four days here.

Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful house! I love the wood floors, they reminded me of my grandma's house. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back! The property was clean and the owner was helpful and available.

Relaxing weekend

Cathy was very friendly and accommodating, location was perfect, house was clean and had everything you needed. I booked this rental for a friend that needed a nice weekend away and relax and it fit the bill perfectly!

Clean, PERFECT STAY

Everything provided u need and more. Accurate listing, safe neighborhood. Well pleased, excellent host!!! We were very impressed!!! Stayed 5 nights, close to everything. Rode motorbike all over thrilling rides, Twister Sisters Loop. Willow City Loop for Blue Bonnets, Luchenbach, Fredericksburg. Great time!

Comfortable & Accommodating

Cute house, nicely decorated, sweet little backyard. Was exactly what we needed for our little family to stay in so we could attend a wedding in the area. Owner is excellent at communicating and is sincerely dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect.

A delightful well-appointed home and gracious host.

We really couldn’t have asked for more. There was great attention to detail and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into providing a worry-free getaway. The private back yard was a real bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed -complete with a stunning chandelier. We hope to be back soon.

Perfect Getaway with the best Hosts

This was the perfect getaway. Our hosts left us snacks and a sweet little gift for our daughter who is 13 months old. The bedrooms were big enough for us to have her portable crib in the room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking (cookware, dishes, and spices) and there's a grill outside. The backyard is charming and great for hanging out. The park is within walking distance and has a variety of equipment for infants and up. The food recommendations were also excellent. We enjoyed our visit and the hospitality!!

Enjoyable Stay

Having stayed in numerous VRBO properties, I think I can say that this location had the most responsive host we've encountered. Plus, there were a ton of small thoughtful considerations designed for a welcoming stay that were beyond expectation. Should we come back to Kerrville, we would stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a great time at Cathy's house. She communicated well and left us a welcome basket full of snacks. Our favorite part was the natural light coming through the windows. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again soon.

Great Getaway in Kerrville

We were in Kerrville for four days on business and this was the perfect little house for us. It was centrally locates, quiet and cozy at night, and Cathy couldn’t have been easier to work with throughout the process. Will probably stay here again in the future.

Highly Recommend!!

This VRBO is top notch! We will 100% come back here the next time we come to Kerrville. Cathy was amazing and attentive, and has done a wonderful job making us feel right at home. The house is super clean and welcoming, and has all the amenities we could ask for. It is located right off Main Street so all the fun restaurants are a short hop away, and Fredericksburg is just 30 minutes up the road. We were here in January so we didn't take advantage of the yard, patio, and grill out back, but they would be *perfect* in warmer weather. This would be a great place to serve as home base for a trip down to the lovely Hill Country....I highly recommend!

This house was built in the 50's and was owned by a friend of my Grandmothers. We bought the house and have used it for visiting family and friends and as a rent house for the last 20 years. We recently decided to share it on VRBO. We think you will love it! It is so comfy and so peaceful. It is less than a half block from the Elm Street Park. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
