La Roseraie: large 2-room apartment with 200 sq.m garden in the heart of Honfleur

La Roseraie apartment is located in a small building named Sainte-Victoire. La Roseraie is on the north-facing first floor and on the south-facing ground floor of a shipowner's house. Thanks to this orientation, you will be able to enjoy a 200 sq.m south-facing garden in a very peaceful setting.
The apartment consists of a large living area which includes a kitchen and a dining room; it is separated from the living room by a glass wall. The living room opens onto the garden. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom. During the renovation of the apartment, we made sure to maintain the authenticity that the shipowner had given to the building.

Fantastique!

This was a perfect apartment for us - very cool, light and airy during a hot week. It was especially nice to have the garden at the back and it was really quiet and private, despite being so close to the centre of town. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, Claire was lovely and everything was great! The parking was only 5 mins away and consisted of an individual lock-up garage (payable separately). Perfection - we'll stay here again!

Great stay in charming building

Well maintained yet historically accurate space. This is not the place for you if you're looking for cookie cutter, boring places. If you appreciate the character and idiosyncrasies of older buildings you will love this place ❤️. My only regret is, due to cool weather, we weren't able to take advantage of the lovely private garden. Though we did have front row seats for watching a seagull couple build their nest on the adjacent rooftop!

Very good location

This apartment is well located. You can have parking about 1/2 mile away for 10€ per night. The access to the apartment is difficult with large suitcases. Fortunately there was a young man there at the time to help us. The apartment is not well decorated( looks like flea market pieces). It is clean and quiet. It is fine for a short stay.

Tout à pied

Location très calme et très bien située pour découvrir Honfleur à pieds. Appartement bien équipé, lumineux avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond mais qui mériterait une rénovation. Agréable jardin.

Old World Apartment

Manager/owner very helpful and on top of things. This apartment is a generous comfortable space with high ceilings and old world paneling/exquisite fireplace surround and mirror. Fleur-de-lis parquet floors and a large southerly garden behind. It feels like France. And in an OLD CITY, an appropriate place to stay. Walk to everything.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Honfleur

We had wonderful time staying at this property. Claire was the most attentive hostess. The apartment has everything you need and the location is amazing. Available private parking is a huge plus. We would absolutely return.

Great place to stay

We had a very enjoyable week. The location was perfect; a short stroll in to Honfleur and also just metres from a little supermarket. Loads of cafes and restaurants in Honfleur which is a beautiful place. Nearby are other beaches, pretty villages in the cider area and plenty of other places to visit. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and had everything we needed. The garage parking organised by Claire was nearby. Thank you Claire.

logement rare

Un logement avec jardin privatif quasiment au coeur de Honfleur, c’est inespéré. Nous n’avons sorti notre voiture du box (option) que pour sortir de la ville. Charme discret de cet intérieur élégant dans lequel l’armateur (?) a vécu. Ce n’est pas simplement un dortoir où l’on rentre de mettre au chaud après une belle journée de visite, c’est un lieu où l’on se retrouve confortable comme à la maison. En plus très bon accueil de Claire, ce qui ne gâche rien. Logement bien équipé auquel un détail nous a toutefois manqué, le grille pain pour le matin. Peut-être était il en cours de remplacement, car Claire a le souci du détail. Nous nous reverrons 😊

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben ein paar Tage im wunderschönen Honfleur verbracht und haben uns in der Wohnung La Roseraie sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau so wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist toll, man ist ganz nah im Ort und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Den schönen Garten konnten wir wegen der kühlen Witterung leider kaum nutzen.

Great location

Everything in walking distance like the harbour, old city centre, restaurants and a supermarket next door. If the weather likes you there is a spacious garden to use. This place is highly recommended for 2 person but not more.

Séjour de charme au cœur d'Honfleur

Magnifique pied à terre pour découvrir Honfleur et ses environs. Le logement est très calme, à proximité de toutes les commodités, notamment les restaurants pour le vente à emporter. Nous avons également apprécié le petit jardin privatif (et notre chien aussi !). Nous reviendrons !!

Prachtig centraal gelegen appartement met heerlijke tuin

We hebben hier een heerlijke week doorgebracht. Het appartement is heel mooi met veel authentieke details. Het ligt centraal, maar daar merk je binnen en in de tuin niets van gelukkig. De tuin is heerlijk, op het zuiden en heel rustig. Het fijne van in Honfleur verblijven is dat je de drukte kan ontwijken. ‘s Ochtends en ‘s avonds is het veel rustiger en zie je pas goed hoe mooi het is. We willen Sabine en Mathilde erg bedanken voor een fijne vakantie en hopen terug te keren

Très agréable séjour

Plaisir du jardin terrasse, avec la chambre qui donne sur cet espace, permettant de commencer la journée en ouvrant largement la porte sur le jour qui se lève, et un peu de fraîcheur non négligeable par temps de canicule. Lieu bien situé par rapport au centre ville. A noter qu'il y a des marches à monter.
