Inside, you'll have a private washer/dryer, cable, central A/C and free WiFi. Venture out and play a game of tennis, hang out by the pool, or soak in the hot tub. Whip up a dish in the fully equipped kitchen, then take a romantic stroll along the beach as the sun sinks in the distance.

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you!

Really a nice spot! Bath tub/shower not easy for my elderly mother but we made do, of course. Great balcony! Perfect spot for a long weekend beach trip.

Amazing room and complex

Plenty to offer to keep my kiddo busy when the double red flags came out. Lots of pools to choose from. The condo was beautiful with all the amenities.

Expecting to be do laundry while on vacay? Well, this ISN’T the place to stay. We realized on day two that the heating element on the dryer had gone out and I immediately reached out to Vacasa (via text and phone). I was told several times that it had been turned over to the local team and manager, but no one ever arrived or reached out to repair. The reps were all kind and apologetic for the issue, but unfortunately kindness and proper texting etiquette does not fix the problem. Two other minor issues to be aware of is the freezer leaks into the refrigerator, causing water to pool on the top two shelves and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The condo itself was very clean and decorated really cute. It was ample space and very comfortable for our family of four. The king size bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable and the bedding was nice. It is located very close to the elevator, but we sleep with a sound machine and the sound was not an issue for us during the night. Majestic Towers offers very nice amenities and is centrally located to stores and restaurants. The lobby and all public spaces were very nice and clean. This is the first time I’ve ever left a one star review and/or low rating. It appears the dryer and sink issue have been ongoing now for more than one month…if you have booked and are still in your 100% refund window, I suggest that you do so.

Disappointed

We’ve stayed at this condo before with no problems, however, this time was different. The parking pass wasn’t available when we checked in. We were told multiple times by Vacasa the parking pass would be brought by the cleaners which didn't happen until the next day after 3:00 PM. Not to mention the dryer didn’t work, and the sink+shower stayed clogged up the entire time. I read previous reviews that informed them of the issue and it seems that issue wasn’t resolved. We will not be staying in this condo again.

If you want a quiet nights sleep, or to cook meals, this isn’t the condo for you.

The unit was very clean, kitchen was NOT well stocked. If you plan to Cook meals for the week, don’t stay here. Only one very small sauce pan and a skillet. The unit was by the elevator and it sounded like a wind tunnel all night long. Also, the toilet ran constantly (like water trickling) There was someone in the unit below us that smoked on the balcony constantly and we weren’t able to sit on the balcony because of the smell. I have stayed at the majestic many times before and this was by far the least desirable place to stay.

Beautiful home, but left out to dry!

When we walked in the door for the first time, the view out the balcony door was breathtaking!! The home was well-kept, clean, bed slept comfortably. Overall, we had a great experience. The only issue we had, was when we had washed two loads of clothes to find out that the dryer didn’t work. With two loads of wet clothes to dry, we placed them on the chairs and rails on the balcony and then had security knocking on the door to remove the towels. I contacted Vacasa at the number listed and began texting with a rep. They were going to contact a local contractor to come by and check in it. The next afternoon, after not hearing anything back, I reached out again only to be told that the dryer wasn’t usable at that time (by now this had been well established). They offered to provide us with towels or other supplies but somewhere to dry our clothes was what we needed. We would love to come back and stay again, but were disappointed in the response from Vacasa. One thing that would have been helpful would be a “helpful notes” about amenities available or tips for the resort or overall expectations while in the home (there were some on the app with the reservation but some things we were unsure of). Overall, we would welcome the opportunity to return in the future.

Loved it!

The location was wonderful and the access to the beach and shops were great. The check in process was super easy and parking was fairly easy as well. The only thing, when you first walked in, it smelled of sewer, but was not overpowering. The sink and tub drains were also super slow and were still draining even when you were done showering and or using the sink. The toilet also had a constant stream but if you closed the door to the bathroom, you really couldn’t hear it. The room was right by the elevators, which we did like, but you could hear elevator. We overall enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Condo was fine, Vacasa was terrible

The owner of this condo should really reconsider their partnership with Vacasa. It’s impossible to get them to help with anything. They’re rude and hard to deal with. Our dryer stopped working with 3 days left in the trip. We called Vacasa 4 different times to report it and nobody ever came to fix it. We ended up having to pay for laundromat service. Additionally, I would suggest anyone staying in this condo shouldn’t bring any valuables, or else don’t leave them in your room. The staff takes it upon themselves to walk in at any time. Yes they knock and ring the doorbell, but god forbid you take more than 5 seconds to answer, they walk in whether you want them to or not. This happened to us on 3 different occasions with no regard to privacy. There’s no way to lock the door and no “do not disturb” signs to hang. So this was extremely frustrating and scary. We’ll return to PCB, but will not stay at this facility and will not recommend.

Restful stay

I loved the proximity everything was to the resort. Outside of a grocery store and visiting the outer reaches of PCB, most vacationing can be done with a simple walk. I’ll def book again.

Really Great View

We had a really nice time here. Here is a list of goods and greats: view is great, it's a nice facility with plenty of amenities at the beach. Kitchen was stocked. It's close to shopping, piers, restaurants, and anywhere else you'd want to go. Easy access from owner. But also the bads: elevator is so busy it's really hard to go anywhere. Bathtub drain really needs some attention, carpet needs to be replaced, mattress was pretty wimpy, and bedroom is plagued with elevator noises. Also, no linens were provided for the pullout, except a sheet.

Amazing View of the Ocean!!

Overall this stay was amazing! We had a few water leaks but once we called maintenance they were here quickly to fix. If you’re planning on using the sofa bed you might want to bring a comforter with you as they only supply sheets. Would absolutely stay here again!

On your own

When we checked in, condo was dirty and not clean. We tried to get in touch with Vacasa, but were unable. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and went back to clean. The rest of the time was good. The elevators are a slight problem as there is not enough, so some times when it arrives it’s already full, also they are extremely hot with no ventilation or fans. The beach is nice, so are the pool and Grill. After we got back we sent pictures of condo and our cleaning fee was refunded.

See my summary. My tv issue was never resolved and was very upset of evenings with no entertainment

Didn’t have a tv working all my vacation. Stay n called quite a few times n nothing was ever done but was promised the moon but nothing. So went entire week with no tv during our vacation. Very upset
