Everything was good. Well stocked home. Great beds. Great views. The biting no see ums were a nuisance on none windy days. The house did have repellent which helped. Beautiful house.

We loved our stay and made lots of good memories! The house was well stocked and worked perfectly for our family. We loved opening the doors and enjoying the beautiful breezes.

really well stocked kitchen, incredibly thoughtful touches everywhere. one of the best BRBOs i’ve ever stayed at. Good communication. only one note — there are bugs! be sure and use bug spray if you eat outside! there is a whole shelf of bug spay available, be sure to use it.

The home is very well stocked with everything you can need or want on vacation. We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far the best equipped. I do feel like some things could be updated particularly the mattresses. The location was great, close to markets as well as some beautiful beaches.

Amazing views!

This house was perfect for our vacation! The views were amazing and spent so much time on the decks taking it all in. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great stay! Only a few minutes drive from Cruz Bay for shopping and dining. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

What an amazing stay at this beautifully located property. Stunning views from the amazing deck and very comfortable accommodations. Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my 50th Birthday!!

Perfect Location

We had a great time staying at the house. The location is perfect and the views cannot be beat. The house is stocked w all that you need: coolers, chairs, snorkeling equipment, water bottles, etc. The winds were perfect, we sat outside every night and saw multiple shooting stars. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back!

Perfect spot for 8 friends

We loved our beautiful perch overlooking Fish Bay. The house with its open floor plan, spacious decks and 4 king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath was perfect for 4 couples gathering to celebrate significant birthdays. Beautiful house and view!

Great location

Nice size house. Each bedroom with king size bed and private bathrooms. Very convenient. Also additional half bathroom in living room area. Plenty of doors open to allow fresh air and circulation in the main living areas where there is no a.c. happy with pur stay!

Great house

Everything was as described in the listing. There were no surprises. The views of Fish Bay were spectacular and the outdoor space was great for happy hours or family dinners. The number and size of the doors made the ocean breezes so pleasant. The kitchen had everything you need and the location was a reasonable drive to the restaurants in Cruz Bay and all the beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Just like the pictures!

Everything was exactly as described and every detail prepped. Loved the beach towel bags, the water filter, the scuba equipment, the views, the bedding, the AC. Just great! I hope to be back soon!
