This lovely 745 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit and Living Room Queen Sofa Sleeper is located in the B building at the top of the property, convenient to parking, which makes the condo quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. It is just a short walk from amazing restaurants, beaches and The Cove Beach Park. The Cove is great for surf lessons, stand up paddle boarding rentals and more. The unit has a fresh and clean feel with tile floors and island decor. Come enjoy this amazing location!

Our condo could not be more conveniently located. It is directly in the middle of South Kihei at Pacific Shores, a well-maintained condo complex, with loads of restaurants and shops for all budgets within easy walking distance. Golf, tennis, and upscale dining & shopping are a ten-minute drive away in Wailea. 

The surf is mostly gentle and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, whale watching (in season) and marveling at the spectacular sunsets.

Relax in a lounge chair and take a refreshing dip in our heated fresh-water swimming pool; then unwind in the Jacuzzi. Throw a steak or some burgers on the barbecue and enjoy lunch or dinner poolside. It doesn’t get better than this.

The checking in process was easy, the condo property was clean, nicely manicured. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and all the linens we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

A Wonderful Stay Just Steps from the Beach

We particularly appreciated that everything we needed for a day at the beach was available, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels.Despite the fantastic location, the apartment itself was pleasantly quiet. The three air-conditioning units kept us wonderfully cool during the warm temperatures throughout our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this vacation apartment again anytime. Highly recommended!

All I can really say is don't waste the day away. Get up as early as you can and travel around to all the amazing destinations. Spend a little time at the pool and get to know the other residents. Everyone have been very friendly around here especially the locals

Good Location. Informed Management Company of a broken kitchen drawer and had it fixed within hours. Very responsive. A bit dated, but overall a great experience.

2nd stay, would go back again!

I love the location plus this unit has built in AC on the wall to every room. AC unit is very quiet not like one of those small one they put in the window. There is a bathroom to each bedrooms are plus, you don't have to share bathroom. Walking distance to great beautiful beaches and shops and restaurants. This condo has long term residents so they are pretty quiet compared to the condo with partying tourists. definitely I would keep booking this place when I visit Maui as long as they are available.

Excellent AC throughout. Nice and clean rooms. Appreciate having washer and dryer. The dish rack could use a drain board, because the dish mat gets soaked quickly. The knives were dull, and knife sharpener would be handy. The vacuum was missing the attachments. Overall a fine stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, the complex was well kept, quiet and felt safe- no issues whatsoever. The condo is in a great location, basically a very short walk to some nice beaches, as well as places to shop and eat. It was a super easy check in and check out process, the Sunny Maui Vacations staff was extremely helpful and extremely pleasant. This condo was a great value for all it has to offer, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Mahalo

I was so excited we were close to the beach. That was about the only thing that was good. We had ZERO hot water the entire time we were there ( 9 days) the apartment wasn’t super clean. The day we arrived the bathroom tub was running and would not turn off. The lady was absolutely the rudest person on the phone. I heard nothing back and sent a text about the water only to be told it would be fixed when parts came in. They came this morning about an hour before check out to fix it so we had no hot water the entire trip. When I told the guy about it all he had to say was sorry. I feel like we should have been reimbursed for all or most of our trip. The proximity to the beach, the kitchen and the bbqs in the pool area were the only positives. I would suggest finding somewhere else for accommodations . They don’t care if you are happy or not with your stay.

We are truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with the shower valve issue and for the inconvenience this caused during your visit. The valve in the unit was an older specialty part that required additional time to source and repair. On Maui, certain specialty plumbing parts are not always available locally and sometimes must be ordered from the mainland, which can unfortunately extend repair times. We completely understand how disappointing this was during your vacation. We also sincerely apologize if our communication did not meet the warm and attentive level of hospitality we strive to provide. Aloha and guest comfort are very important to us, and we appreciate your comments as they help us improve both our maintenance response and guest communication moving forward. We wish you all the best and hope you were still able to enjoy some memorable moments here on Maui.

great location, wonderfully equipped, a little hot inside

We had a great time in this Pacific Shores condo, it towards the back of the complex so it was very quiet and incredibly convenient, we could walk to lots of restaurants and beaches. It's across the street from Charley Young beach. There was a closet full of beach equipment which we appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Parking and check in was very easy. My one complaint was that the bedrooms and windows inside them are small so there wasn't any breeze or good ventilation. The small wall AC unit in the living room did not do much to cool the rooms, it also shut off on a timer after 4 hours. We used ceiling and floor fans but were quite hot at night and it wasn't even very warm out.

Wonderful Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Shores Condo B212! The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was perfect for my family of three and two friends. The location was amazing, close to the beach and several local restaurants! The air conditioning was great when we returned from our several adventures but once we cooled off they were not really needed with all the ceiling fans. We really didn’t expect to use the the pool and hot tub but they were actually really nice to have and were really clean. We didn’t really cook but the BBQ’s were always really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook any meals. We did really enjoy having the pineapple cutter and instructions on how to use it as we lived off of the fresh fruit from all the wonderful roadside stands! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with games, books, cards and an amazing assortment of beach supplies and toys! Check-in was super easy and Jennifer was super fast at responding to any questions. The only con would be that the condo seemed really clustered with all the furniture, Knick Knacks, Decorations and way to many throw pillows. Again we really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again someday!

Cramped space with construction next door

There are lots of vicious cats around the property indicating an obvious pest problem. The place is small, outdated and not very clean compared to other places we have stayed, i.e., hairs were found throughout and we saw a bug even if there were lots of anti pest devices. There was a very small kitchen and the place was overloaded with too much furniture and pillows. The bedrooms are quite small and it is difficult to find a place to open your luggage in them. We weren’t told that the dishwasher wasn’t working until a day before arrived which was replaced the day we left. The balcony overlooks a construction site and can be noisy. A/C works fine but has an issue with temperature control.
