This Beautiful 1450 sqft 3 Bed 2 Bath guest home is nestled on a 5-acre private, gated estate far from noisy streets yet 5 minutes from shopping. (Costco, Walmart & More) a few steps outside is thickl forest for peace & Quite. Enjoy sleeping on high quality bedding with plenty of pillows to get the rest you deserve on your special time away.

Walk/Run or Bike for Miles on beautifully crafted trails that traverse the old growth forests. Listen to the frogs at night and let the song of birds gently wake you in the morning. Feel like you're camping while staying in a beautiful cozy home!

The space
You'll enjoy Host Provided Snacks, quiet and comfort on this 5 acre estate that is shared with the host's main house. Waiting right outside are miles of beautiful walking and mountain biking trails. Our goal is your enjoyment of our home!

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire guest home and the immediate property surrounding the guest home. Gate and Door Codes will be provided on the day of checkin.

Other things to note
We have two large dogs. Both are German shepherds, they are friendly and guest are welcome to shew them if they like. The dogs do prefer to stay up at the main house away from the guest home but sometimes they will stop by to say Hi. Feel free to shew them away, they're great listeners.

Just what we were looking for

Property was on a quiet piece of property, which is shared with the owners. The owner quickly greeted us and invited us to reach out to him for anything that we needed. The place was clean, well appointed and perfect for the 4 of us that travelled to the area to visit family.

Everything you expect from a rental home and more!

The house is adorable; nicely decorated, clean and well taken care of. It is not in a neighborhood but close to stores. It is next to a large private home but there is ample space between the two houses to feel private. I enjoyed sitting outside and watching the bunnies, birds and resident dog, Scooter. Steve was very helpful in making sure we found the house and that everything was to our expectations.

Awesome Family Vacation Spot

My family in I were in town for a wedding and it was so lovely to have a little home away from home. It was very easy to contact the property manager when we needed anything and he was very accommodating and responsive. There were even snacks and drinks that they had left for us! We’d definitely recommend staying here 😊

Family Wedding Trip

Fantastic Place. This home provided a very comfortable stay. We easily fit 6 adults into this beautifully decorated home. The amount of snacks and amenities are an added bonus. Steve is great to work with and more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this propoerty to anyone staying in the area.

Thank you Steven for providing a beautiful home. Your attention to detail was so helpful. Arriving late and not being able to go to the store at midnight wasn't so bad when you had the house stocked with coffee and creamer. Your home is beautiful. We were so busy wish we had more time to just chill and enjoy.

Convenient stay for a group of adults

Wonderful home

The home is beautiful and decorated nice. Big yard for kids to play in. The gazebo was so nice to sit under with a fireplace in the table. Having a BBQ on site was good to cook on and the owners supplied the propane. The house is also located in a gated access only. No traffic. Owners are close by, but that didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend this house for a family. We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room for us all.

Great location for our visit to Mount Rainier

Great place! Steve had the refrigerator and pantry well stocked with what we needed before heading to the store. Steve was just a text away, letting me borrow a cooler for our trip to Mount Rainier. Layout was perfect for my three teenage sons and I. They loved it which is saying a lot for teenage boys!

Wedding weekend in Washington

We had our destination wedding in Bonney Lake, we stayed here for pre and post wedding activities. It was perfect for our needs! The house was very nice and updated and Provided a lot of privacy on the beautiful property. It was a little difficult to find the first time but well worth the hunt! No other Vrbo has had more drinks, snacks, and incidentals supplied! Being such a busy weekend it was great to not have to run to the store every time our son wanted a snack.

Vacation bear family

This was a great property and the host was extremely welcoming. We felt right at home and had everything we both needed and wanted. Great location as we have a lot of family in the area, was very quiet and honestly would stay here again!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and well stocked. It was a little creepy that we could see the owner watching us through his next door window. Also walked over to peak in the house multiple times. Dogs roamed freely on the property and one ran up to my car when we arrived and was unloading the car. I’m not a dog person so it was a bit un-nerving. The dog was not called off and I had to wait in the house until it went away.

Loved the house!

We really enjoyed staying in this house. Beautiful property (we had lots of snow for the first couple days so it seemed like we were at the mountain). The owners were really great! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. One of our favorite VRBOs we’ve stayed in.

Great place, clean, cozy and quiet.

The house was very clean, nice and welcoming with all the amenities of home. The owner was very friendly and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again if my next vacation takes me back to the Bonnie Lake area.

Family reunion

Had a great experience at this rental property. Accommodated our entire family well. Home was stocked well with necessities and extras. Cookies were amazing. Owner brought a kiddie pool for our grandchildren to enjoy. Quiet country setting.

Peaceful and relaxing

Best rental ever!

Upon arrival Steve came over from next door and greeted us. When we entered the house there was cookies and milk left for us. The decor was beautiful and the house set up was perfect. Any time we had questions Steve and Heather answered immediately. My family and I enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. Thanks again Steve & Heather!
