Finally, back on the vacation rental market after 4 years of long term rental. They didn't want to leave :).
Three-bedroom, 3 bathroom 2400 sq. ft home, with a deck & hot tub overlooking Gore Creek. Situated on a quiet street and served by a 15-minute free shuttle into Lionshead and Vail Village. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The HOME: Overlooking Gore Creek and views of the Mountain range galore! You can fly fish in Gore Creek right from the backyard in the spring/summer months! It has a one car garage for your convenience on those cold wintery days, The home is located on the Free Shuttle Route, which puts you minutes away from Ski lifts in Vail Village, Cascade Village and Lionshead Village for all winter and summer activities. Grocery store, restaurants, large park and bike paths are all within walking distance. Located in a hot new area of Vail, with a new Ritz Carlton and other multimillion dollar properties.

LIVING AREA: In the main living area there is a large flat screen TV, stone fireplace, dining room table and upgraded furnishings. There are sliding French doors that open up to a deck with seating and a grill. All overlooking exquisite Gore Creek. The dining room table hold 6 comfortably. Kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and is fully outfitted with everything you need.

BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom opens to a patio with a private Hot Tub for 4 people overlooking Gore Creek and serene wooded surroundings. The primary has a King size bed and sitting area, flat screen HD LCD TV. Additional bedrooms are large and have Queen size beds and flat screen TVs. Two additional twin beds are in the west bedroom. The east bedroom is oversized with a sitting area.

BATHROOMS: The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and bath/shower. The main floor bathroom is a full bath with a shower. Primary bathroom in en suite. All rooms have beautiful Creek views. This mountain home offers you all you need for a luxurious and yet homey feel. Other things to note: Garage is suitable for compact to mid-size car only. Driveway holds an additional car with street parking.

Vail ski trip 2024

This little gem was wonderful for our ski vacation . We spent Christmas week here. It’s the perfect location 5 minutes from everything , skiing, groceries, restaurants. The home is right on Gore creek, the sound of the Creek in the background is relaxing. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day . Check in and check out was a breeze. I’m keeping this one saved for future trips.

Awesome property!

Great place! Gore creek is right out the backyard with a nice sitting area. We loved to keep the windows open at night and listen to the water. House was spacious. Checkout was easier than most rentals! Would love to stay here again!

GREAT VACATION HOME

We loved every minute in this townhouse. It was in a great location, the house is equipped with everything you need, and on the river! Communication with homeowner and Jeff, the manager was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Great House, Great location

This house was perfect for my family of 5 for spring break. Very short ride to Lionshead Village. this house was very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. Every bathroom was also stocked with shampoo's, conditioner, body wash, soap. Beautiful house that overlooks the creek. I would love to come back during the summer months.

Amazing House with Gorgeous Views!!!

Owner is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and so kind. The House is perfect for 3 couples with the floor plan of a 3/3. Such gorgeous views from deck in back and all bedrooms. House has lots of windows with the best views of the mountains and the creek. Just a perfect ski getaway for all of us. So close and convenient to everything in Vail Village and Lionshead. Truly an unforgettable 5 days. Thank you Dale.

Beautiful House and Scenery

The house was beautiful and very clean. The hot tub has an incredible view of Gore Creek. It's only a few minutes shuttle ride to the slopes and Vail Village. Neighborhood is excellent as well. We had plenty of room with four adults and two teenagers. Would highly recommend the house!

Perfect place for a workcation!

We decided to beat the TX heat and come to Vail to chillax and work part time! This place was perfect! Great locale 4 shuttle stops from Lionshead and a beautiful 2.5 mile walk/jog from the end of the street along the Gore River. We rarely drove into town. Close to grocery stores, great hiking and golfing, we played every day and worked as needed. The house was well equipped to cook and barbecue and the sound of the Gore River was so soothing. It was really unbeatable for what we were looking for! We will be back!

Perfect Vail Experience

This beautiful home perfectly accommodated five friends exploring Vail. The home is perfectly located on Gore Creek, the perfect spot to relax after a warm summer day. Beautifully furnished and less than a five minute walk to the free shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village. Easy communication with the property owner made this experience a memorable one for our annual girls trip!

Beautiful home in Vail!

Beautifully appointed home right on the river. We loved eating our meals in this lovely home after a day of hiking at nearby trails. Kitchen was perfect with plenty of dishes, pots/pans - everything we needed! We were also close to the grocery store. It was awesome to relax down by the river! Dale was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. Perfect summer get away!

Very nice, quiet (not in crowded area), well conditioned and functionable summer home.

The house is well located at 30-45 feet from Gore Creek which makes it very special during the summer. If you appreciate a non crowded place not far from Vail village, this is a nice place to stay. Nice TV, sound system all around the house and external areas. Comfortable and cozy living room and terrace areas.
