Stunning views of the mountains, lake, and Spallumcheen golf course, all in a quiet country setting. Beautiful walking trail directly behind your suite in the countryside.

10 minutes from town, 20 minutes from Kalamalka Lake. A home away from home for you and your family.

Gated acreage for your pet friends, however please make arrangements with owner as there are dogs on the property,

Enjoy your own fully contained studio suite with separate patio.

The king size bed suite fits two for a romantic getaway wonderfully, however if travelling with a family we have a nice hide-a-bed if you are on vacation with small kids!

Located not even a 4 minute drive down the road from Atlantis Water Slides, and directly overlooking the beautiful Spall Golf course.

Fully equipped with everything you need: TV (Netflix only), WIFI, BBQ, patio settings, full kitchen, etc.
Please note kids 12 and under are free (only up to 2),, we do charge extra for any additional persons over 12,, this site does not recognize children free,, if you have kids don’t punch them into the site just write in your message you are travelling with kids so I know to have amenities ready,,, sorry for the inconvenience!

Absolutely beautiful property! Great outdoor space with an incredible view! Jen was a fabulous host, very kind and accommodating.Inside the property, high quality appliances and everything we needed for our stay. The bed was definitely a highlight for us.We hope to come back soon - awesome place!

The property is fine. I stayed 2 nights. In retrospect, the stairs and climb up and down are in the photos. It is a lot of carry and climbing up and down with your stuff. I can't emphasize enough, it is a steep grade down to the stairs and back up. At night, there is very poor lighting, so be careful. Overall the place was, clean, quiet and my dogs were fine. Dogs must stay on leash outside. The pups even enjoyed the company of the mouse that was staying with us. This isn't a problem as the entrance is ground level and likely left open by other guests. It happens - it just surprised me. Air con was good. Shower no bath tub. Photos show day and night view. The circle is where my flashlight shone, the black is what you see without a flashlight.

Amazing views

The views are so beautiful morning, noon and night. The suite is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had our dog and he was able to roam in front of our suite so we could all relax and enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back!

Stepping Stones studio

We enjoyed our 2 nights in this peaceful, scenic setting. It was still too chilly in the evenings, but there is a well appointed patio area and the BBQ was fabulous. Bring all your essentials, but if you forget anything, you’re close to town and Jen is happy to help.

what a hidden gem!!!

All genuine 5 stars for us. Very cute little apt. comfortable bed, large TV with streaming services, nicely furnished patio with newer BBQ. Beautiful sunsets overlooking Spallumcheen golf course and up Spallumcheen valley. Definitely coming here next time we stop in Vernon. Thank you very much.

Great!!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was included fro a fully stocked kitchen to lovely bath towels. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the patio area. Our only problem was access to our door. It is quite a steep incline to our door. Definitely not handicap accessible.

Great place to stay

This place was perfect for my friend and I in town for the Armstrong IPE. Getting down to the suite is a tiny little trek down a slope but a couple trips from the car was no problem. The views from this place are incredible. We loved sitting outside having a drink and taking in the scenery. The kitchen has everything you need to throw together quick snacks or breakfast (would have loved salt and pepper) the king bed is firm but the most comfortable firm. Instructions for check in was easy. The fan and a/c was amazing at keeping us cool and comfortable. Overall a very functional and cute place to stay with a gorgeous view. Highly recommend! Thanks for having us!

Nice and cool spot to return to on a hot day

This location has lovely views of the valley and mountains and the sunset is spectacular. It is also a lovely cool space to come home to on a hot day. The unit is built into the hill side, which provides natural cooling. It has a full kitchen with lots of utensils, and dishes for about 4-6 people. You do have to be able to negotiate some stairs and a fairly steep grade to get to the entrance. The pet fee was more than the stated amount. All in all a lovely place to stay and the owner was very responsive to requests and questions.

This studio suite is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable bed! It has everything you need including a fan and an extra heater for winter, fully stocked kitchen and even a hairdryer and straightening iron in the bathroom! Everything is new and in great condition! The location is so peaceful and is set amongst numerous properties with horses! The walk around Stepping Stones Crescent was perfect for the dog and us humans! Beautiful views, properties and animals! Vernon has so many opportunities for cycling, walking, hiking, lake time etc. We appreciated all of the helpful pamphlets left in the room telling us about the trails to explore!! Our host, Jen, couldn’t have been kinder! We are looking forward to going back to relax in the serenity at Jen’s and to explore more that Vernon has to offer!

First time staying at a VRBO. Rental was an open concept basement suite, not expected. Was clean and modern, great amenities, view is lovely, but disappointed that the owners were on site when we arrived. Did not feel like we could be comfortable for fear of being noisy or even watched, felt awkward. Could hear them walking around upstairs in the evening. Felt like we stayed at a bed and breakfast without the breakfast!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed 2 nights. Everything was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Spotless from top to bottom. Jen was very quick to respond and helpful with suggesting local places to check out. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area in the future.
