En el corazón de Villefranche sur Mer, hermoso apartamento de dos dormitorios, sala de estar con cocina americana y terraza súper grande con vistas panorámicas de la famosa bahía de Villefranche.

Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y terraza privada, una con cama doble y dos camas individuales.
El gran salón / comedor y su área de cocina totalmente equipada se abren a dos grandes ventanales en la terraza principal, que está amueblada con una mesa de comedor, tumbonas y persianas eléctricas.
Desde esta terraza, la vista panorámica sobre la bahía de Villefranche le encantará día y noche con las estrellas, las luces de Cap Ferrat y los fuegos artificiales de verano.

Este apartamento está situado en el corazón de Villefranche, a 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas y a 10 minutos de las playas.

Outstanding location and views! Check in was extremely easy. It as easy for vans to fit in the driveway to unload and for Uber/Taxi to pickup. There was free offstreet parking avilable at times and when there wasn't the pay parking lots had room (even during peak season) and were closeby. It was a short walk to the waterfront for dining and there is a great bakery closeby too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location

We had a good stay. Place is good and location is nice and quiet. Felt safe. Few little things could be improved on like the wobbly floor tiling on the balcony and we couldn’t find a plug, bowl or sponge for washing up.

Location is great, 10 min walk to the beach and center. Easy to catch the bus. The flat is light and bright, lot's of natural light and spacious. The flat was clean, the bedding / sheets were in great condition. Beds were fine, not amazing but it was ok for us. Overall it was a good stay, easy check-in, easy to communicate with manager. The only thing I would add is the flat needed some TLC, just some house warming updates, like rugs and some plants or flowers. The couch and chairs could be updated. Nice mid-century feel with the book shelfs. If they had just a few design elements to update it, it could be a gem. Terrace is large, which is nice but unfortunately you hear traffic. To be expected as you are in the center, and everything is walkable. You have bakery, and a very good Italian restaurant just around the corner.

Sunlit apartment

The apartment is very well situated and all of that but the cleanliness is wanting ….. also there is not parking available in the property and we had a difficult time looking for one around the neighbourhood everyday. Adrian was extremely prompt and helpful in the check in process which was very late in the night for us .

Nice stay

It was mostly as expected. Pretty nice stay, especially for the price we paid. It was clean and easy to get into. Communication with Adrian was good. Beds comfortable and bathrooms were in good shape. Furniture was nothing fancy but did the job. This location is very good. The light was out in the 2nd bath and Adrian came over to change it pretty quickly.Would be nice to get 2 sets of keys since we were 2 couples. We were given no paper towels. Dishware was very limited.

This is a very nice, spacious, bright apartment with terrific outdoor space and views. Our beef is the utter lack of communication with owners. We messaged multiple times on Vrbo and got no response. We called about a broken washing machine, a big selling point as we were on a long trip, and got no return call. Unacceptable.Our first message was on the coffee maker which used proprietary pods, none of which were available, which was a little cheap and thoughtless. With AI help and Uber Eats, we solved that problem ourselves.The sole set of hints and instructions for the stay was an index-card sized note pasted into a bookshelf, all about noise and trash. The TV also required AI assistance as no instructions were given. We don't usually watch TV but were fried upon arrival and decided to order in.We also asked about a toaster. If there was one, we couldn't find it.The washing machine door would not open, no matter how we set the dials. We unplugged it from the cabinet beneath the sink, to no avail. AI offered other possible remedies but none worked. So we'd like compensation for not having that available as promised.The apartment is spacious and clean, as said, but we found the location less than ideal for a stay in Villefrance. It's kind of a like a separate moon colony within that city -- isolated above the center of town which, having said that, is fairly easily reached down multiple stone staircases. Next time we'll opt to be closer to the lively center.

This property is in a great location in Villefranche-sur-Mer, close to plenty of restaurants. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four with two teenagers. The large outdoor patio area overlooking the bay was a favorite for everyone. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

This apartment, as advertised had an amazing terrace. We enjoyed several meals and drinks out there. It is the best thing about this apartment. The check-in process was straightforward and thorough and there was the right amount of communication with Flavie. Things I liked about this property: - close to l'Institut de Francais (8 min walk) - large terrace with an amazing view - air conditioning! in living room, and both bedrooms - private, secure parking in a garage underground - elevator (to garage) is located directly across from apartment front door - floor plan is ideal for privacy - bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with two separate bathrooms (and two toilets) - dishwasher! - big refrigerator (for France) - washing machine - lots of extras that you will need (beach towels, scissors, extra lightbulbs, ironing board/iron, etc.) - Flavie was easily reachable when I had a question Personal preference issues: - master bathroom shower is odd (for an American) - cleanliness a bit lacking (food in silverware drawer, dirt and hair under rugs, dust on most surfaces...) Would I return to this apartment? Absolutely!

Meget velfungerende og indbydende lejlighed med god plads. Dejlig udsigt. Lidt trafikstøj ved åbne vinduer. God sandstrand i byen, dog er der en rimelig lang og stejl gåtur dertil fra lejligheden ( primært trapper ) og det kan være vanskeligt at parkere bilen ved stranden. Mange gode restauranter på havnen. Trygt område.

Nice view and perfect location close to the local bakery for morning croissants.

Nice appartment with nice sunny terraces. Close to the local grocery as well (but there´s a much better wine shop in the old town). Beware noise from trafic. The appartment is «clean enough», but could do with a proper washdown. We enjoyed our stay in pretty, pretty Villefranche.

Lovely apartment with breathtaking view

This is a lovely, well-equipped apartment with a million-dollar view of the ocean from its large terrace. This modern low-rise building is ideally and conveniently located near the center of town. The living room is large and cozy. The master bedroom with ensuite is great. The second bedroom is fine with an ensuite shower/sink, but the toilet is separate and in the hallway. The only minor shortcomings are limited closet space and a need for a few repairs on walls. Overall, it is a great apartment that I would rent again.

Very pleasant apartment

The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped. The apartment has a lovely terrace which catches the sun virtually all day and has two awnings to provide shade. The apartment is very bright and has air conditioning which is probably a must in the heat of peak summer. The property manager does not speak English but we managed to converse with our basic french. The mattresses on the beds are a little uncomfortable but we are used to high end beds at home so this may be a skewed opinion. Villefranche is a beautiful location with a picturesque front however the walk to the apartment from the main centre is quite arduous and may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility or those that struggle with steep walks. However there is a bus service and of course taxis are available. The Villefranche train station is a 15 minute walk away close to the sea front. The restaurants are limited in choice and menu variation limited. It is also quite expensive. In one restaurant we paid 8 euros for a litre bottle of Evian water. I would highly recommend this apartment and owner and we would stay in this apartment again. Thank you Margot and Flavia.
