We had actually been to this property before and it was amazing but this time round we were very disappointed it was all shut up like no one had been there for months the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Between 8 people there was only one fob for the pool and to get down to the sea so if some of the family was down by the sea no one else could join usless someone else came to the top and that was a total pain when your a family of 8.The overall stay was ok but would not be going back which is a total shame as we really likes this villa.

Thank you for staying in our home. The house is always thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. It is also our usual practice to leave the air conditioning running and the windows closed so that the house is cool and comfortable upon arrival. You requested access to the property several hours before our standard check-in time, and we agreed to accommodate this request. As a result of the early arrival, our staff did not have enough time to leave the air conditioning running or to give the terrace a final check before your arrival. During those days, there was a significant amount of dust in the air, and it can settle on surfaces within just a few hours. Unfortunately, that is something we cannot control. The house was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Access to the swimming pool and the sea is controlled by an access key in order to ensure exclusive use by authorized users. The key is required to enter the area, but not to leave it. We regret that this was an inconvenience for you. We always make every effort to keep the property in impeccable condition for our guests, and we appreciate it when guests also treat the property with care. When we entered the house to clean after your departure, we found several bags of rubbish and almost all of the dishes and glassware left dirty. We understand that guests are on holiday and want to enjoy their stay, but property owners also appreciate it when their home is treated with respect and consideration.

This peaceful property was conveniently located within walking distance of public beaches, had private access to a sunning/swimming platform next to the open sea and a private pool surrounded by lush garden landscape. When you've finished lounging and playing at any three of these locations you have a spacious home to enjoy. It has a well equipped kitchen when you're in the mood to eat on the balcony at an 8 person dining table with great views of the beach and sea. Our host Julio was very quick to respond to any request or inquiry. He was very helpful and courteous. There is car parking right in front of the villa, steps away from the entrance. With a gated entrance, there was no competing for parking space which can be an issue in high season. Air conditioning in the common rooms meant a comfortable retreat from the long sunny days at the beach or pool. Wi-Fi and wall mounted television meant lots of entertainment and productivity during our evenings at the villa. 2 refrigerators provided plenty of space for stocking beverages and food. I highly recommend this property for family and friends who require plenty of space and privacy in a safe, family friendly environment.

Excellent Accommodation

The outside space on the balcony was wonderful. A large table to gather the whole family around, plenty of chairs, plus remote controlled screens and roof cover that provided welcome shade whenever we wanted. And the views were beautiful too! The inside space was exceptional. If you are wanting to cook your own meals, as we did,, there is everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, plus there was extra crockery to be found in the cupboards out in the diningroom area too. And an overflow fridgefreezer downstairs in the utility room! The welcome on our arrival was wonderful with a huge platter of fruit plus champagne and glasses awaiting us as we came into the kitchen. In short, this accommodation is fantastically equipped - an exceptional space in which to relax, with the added bonus of being really close to the beach and all the fun of the town! The only negative experience we had was not being able to get a reply from our designated lady whose number Julio had given us in case we should have any questions during our stay.

Juste WOW!

L’accueil et le tour du propriétaire était parfait avec Mme Inma. Nous avons eu une superbe communication avec Julio dès le moment où nous avons loué jusqu’à notre départ. L’endroit est juste magique et tellement beau. Vous adorerez tout de « El Enclave ». Une énorme Merci Julio de nous avoir fait vivre ces moments magiques en famille et entre amis.

This was a real gem. We loved staying here.

The property location was perfect. Restaurants and shops easily accessible by foot. Swimming pool, private access to sea for residents. It was very relaxing.
