The Casita is close to the University of Phoenix stadium, malls, parks, art and culture, hiking trails, golf courses, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love the casita because of the coziness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Full access to backyard and pool, gym as well as the fireplace. This Casita is in a great safe neighborhood. You will have a private entrance and parking up to 3 vehicles as well as RV parking.

What a relaxing and charming spot! We were at the end of a month long road trip and wanted place to decompress. This was perfect. The decor is fun with unique touches, and the entertainment center is quite complete. As other guests have commented, sitting in the hot tub or on the patio and gazing at the stars is transformative. The host had prepared a complete notebook of info and recommendations, and made it clear he was always available if we needed him in person. Conveniently near the town and the park entrance, there is still a privacy and stillness that is remarkable. For us, the electric charger for our car was a terrific bonus!

Clean and comfortable

The property was beautiful. The hosts were responsive but not overbearing. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

Relaxing restful respite

Stayed 5 days to explore Phoenix and surrounding area. Enjoyed three Spring Training games and relaxed at the pool one day. Nice casita-perfect for 2-3 people. Beautiful yard and surrounding area. We would stay again. Thank you!

Nice place for couples

The property and accommodations were as pictured and expected. Comfortable room and bed. Enough refrigerator space , microwave and coffee maker to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed a day by the pool and sitting in the courtyard by the fountain. Host has 2 friendly dogs that are fun and well behaved.

Beautiful Property, Peaceful

I was in town for a tradeshow and needed a spot to park a trailer. Plenty of space to do this the room and outdoor area was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. I will return next time I'm in Phoenix. Maybe with my pup!

This Casita was perfect for my husband and I. Owners were responsive to all needs, including help entering the Casita when my purse was stolen with the key inside. Great location. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful casita

The casita itself was great (except the sofa bed, but they never are), the back yard and garage gym fantastic added bonuses, but best of all were the hosts. They were kind, welcoming (they invited us to join them for Thanksgiving!), and attentive (immediately resolved a hot water issue).

Great Spot!

The ambience and decor makes the stay feel like a vacation getaway. I’m in AZ for work, but what a joy to come to this almost sanctuary like casita. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely casita and grounds, A+ for being pet friendly

We stayed in the casita for a long weekend. We chose this property due to their pet-friendly policy and its proximity to State Farm Stadium, where we were attending a show. Pros: - dog friendly. Fully fenced expansive backyard for your dogs to roam. Home owners have two super friendly dogs that will share the space for potty breaks. - centrally located, easy drive to State Farm Stadium, restaurants, 30ish minute drive to Scottsdale - hosts happily accommodate anything you may need (e.g. kitchen or grill supplies) - the grounds have plenty of stash seating spots for reflection or a solo cup of coffee - the gym (which the owners actively use) is well-equipped! Even has a cold water plunge! Cons: - another reviewer commented on the firmness of the bed, I would agree. If you are particular about that, this bed is on the firmer side - we like to cook a bit on holiday, so an air fryer or toaster oven would be a great addition to this casita The homeowners are busy professionals; attentive, generous and very kind. We highly recommend their casita!

Had a great experience. Everything was easy. Easy to relax and unwind. Host were available but unassuming. Important when considering we stayed on the property they live on. It worked! We would rent from them again!

Home away from home.

A prefect place to stay while visiting our grandkids! The host was wonderful in communication, we had our grandkids come over one evening and had so much fun playing in the pool.🤗 would definitely stay again. 👍❤️
