NEWLY Built House with a Gorgeous Self-Contained Suite. Come enjoy the amazing views of the ocean in this bright 2 BDRM Unit!

High speed WiFi and Cable TV included. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can enjoy this beautiful home away from home! Self-check-in available for ease of access.

Two bedrooms with Queen sized beds (sleeps 4), and the living room also has a sofa that can be flattened for a 5th guest.
For bookings made for less than 5 guests, please inform us ahead of time if you are intending on using the sofa bed. We will inform the cleaner so that it can be set up for your stay (extra fee will apply).

Families with small children are welcome however please be aware that no family amenities are provided in the suite. Also, there is no dishwasher, guests will be responsible for washing their own dishes.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the hosts were excellent at refilling any amenities we needed and the view of the ocean was my absolute favourite. Would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for a week.

We loved this place. The view is fantastic. Ek and Gabrielle were the perfect hosts. Public transport is virtually non- existent, so you will need a car unless you aren’t bothered about getting into Victoria we used Uber a lot and that worked ok.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, very clean,nice and quiet and the view of the Olympics and the bay was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view! Sparkling clean.

What a great place to stay in Victoria. About a 25 min drive to downtown, this place was like a sanctuary with beautiful views and a well appointed kitchen. We found the entire place to be sparking clean and even nicer than the pictures indicated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Second Visit- Very Pleased

We have just completed a second stay at this property, this time for three weeks (first time for 4 weeks in the spring of 2024). We were again extremely pleased with all aspects of this property and would highly recommend it.

Lovely Accommodation

We stayed in this property for almost three weeks and very much enjoyed the experience. Beautiful views and very responsive owner. We would stay here again.

Two-Night Stay

Clean, easy to access, comfortable beds, bathroom nicely lit (with good shower pressure), guest account for Netflix, access to coffee (percolator, hot water or nespresso). Excellent and timely communication with host.

Convenient and great set-up!

Relaxing Trip

Place was clean and inviting. The view overlooking the water was beautiful in person, the pictures don't do it justice. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Ek was quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again next time!

Beautiful, quiet, modern suite with a view in a new subdivision. Had everything we needed including use of a barbecue. Easy and quick access to main roads and local sites like Hatley Castle. Owner was easy and prompt to communicate with. Highly recommend this property.

The property is a basement in a very good condition. Is far from the ferry terminal and victoria downtown but the view is amazing

Not what it said online

One bed has missing and broken slats and was very uncomfortable. Other bedroom had window onto public pathway so no privacy. Advertised as having air conditioning but all there was was a mini swamp cooler in the window, no air conditioning. Not enough furniture: seating for only 2 in living room, and nowhere to put your suitcase (not even luggage racks) in bedrooms. Shampoo in tub had been watered down (good grief!). Cute little place, but lack of good furniture was a problem, plus false advertising about being air conditioned and watered down shampoo was just cheap and unpleasant

View is absolutely wonderful! The futon was small for our extra adult and not very comfortable. Not much seating area in the living room. We brought in chairs from outside.
