Flowing into the living area, you'll be welcomed with an open-concept floor plan, large opening heritage windows and an abundance of character from the exposed brick to warm wood joists and beams. 19 ft. ceilings accentuate the size of this unit with decorative artwork and sweeping hardwood floors.
The open plan living area is a peaceful oasis, where you can relax with a book on the luxurious velvet sofa or armchair, unwind in front of the flat-screen TV complete with Netflix, or cuddle up by the fireplace for a cozy evening in.
A few steps away you’ll find the dining area, which is lit by an elegant crystal chandelier and accented by contemporary decor and wall art. You will enjoy having your meals at the sleek glass dining table or having a more casual meal at the breakfast bar.
The large open kitchen features all of the modern appliances and kitchenware you’ll need including a microwave, toaster, loads of dishes, pots and pans, drip coffee maker, two French press coffee pots w/ grinder, electric kettle, smoothie and immersion hand blender, a cabinet full of various size wine glasses, plus complimentary coffee & tea.
BEDROOMS - Head on up to the second level where you will find two separate bedrooms, each fitted with large, comfortable beds for a cozy and private retreat. Both bedrooms feature immaculate linens with a mix of memory foam and down feather pillows, black-out blinds, remote-controlled ceiling fan in the master bedroom, plus ample space for your belongings in the custom closets.
BATHROOMS - The two bathrooms exude a pampering, spa-like ambiance with marble tiling and large vanity mirrors. The en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located on the lower level and features a shower with deep soaker tub combination.
EXTRA GUESTS - An additional twin-size folding bed with memory foam mattress is available and can be used in the common area. All in all a party of up to 4 can be accommodated.
AMENITIES - The condo comes with high-speed wireless internet (Shaw Gig WiFi), in-suite washer and dryer, 2 hair dryers, iron/ironing board, 3100+ sqft communal rooftop deck, bicycle storage room, and secure underground parking for 1 vehicle right across street from the building (max. clearance 6'10"). All linens & towels are included in your stay. Each floor in the building is accessible by elevator or stairs.
Access to popular streaming platforms including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube, AppleTV+ and Crave is available via the Shaw BlueCurve/smart TV. Access to Netflix and cable TV is provided.
For long-term / 90+ day stays, we provide a starter package with the following amenities: paper products (paper towels, facial tissues and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish and laundry soap, oil, salt and pepper. Guests will be responsible to restock supplies they need throughout their stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
While being within walking distance to every wonderful restaurant, downtown & Inner Harbour, as in most major cities, some challenges with homelessness are present on nearby streets. A heads-up that you may see some unhoused or less fortunate people in our neighbourhood which, although friendly and courteous, can be a surprise to some. The area and the city in general are very safe.

Cleaning practices:
✔ All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's 60ºC/140ºF.
✔ High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles and faucets).
