Beautiful views of West Lake Okoboji! The Olivia Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located in the heart of Okoboji. 5 minutes to the public beach, The Emporium, The Green Space, Arnolds Park, and downtown bars and restaurants. Bedroom one has one queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a makeup counter with mirror and blow dryer. Bedroom two has one queen bed and closet area. Bedroom three has a queen bed a closet and makeup counter. The living room has one queen sofa sleeper and an arm chair. The cottage has A/C in all bedrooms. The cottage also has a kitchen with full size fridge, two burner hot plate, microwave, griddle, toaster, outdoor gas grill, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes/utensils, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dish rags all provided. Shower towels and linens are also provided. Large deck with chairs overlooking West Lake. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror. We are located in all the action just across the street from public dock access to West Lake Okoboji and fun things to do all within walking distance.

Family trip

We loved the location (walkable to Arnold's Park). The cabin is cute and was clean and beds are comfortable. It was perfect for our little family getaway.

Disappointed

We weren't able to park near the cabin when we got there Friday night. The light was burned out for the outside light. There were bugs in the bathroom. The sheets on the beds looked like they hadn't been changed in months. It was a disappointment for what was an emotional weekend for our family. Our mom had been a vendor at the Clay County Fair for over 10 years and had passed away at Christmas. This was our final time coming to the fair and was already an emotional time, this didn't help

Great Location

The location is great! The cabin itself was older and has a few issues, but it was great for a what we needed. The Internet wouldn't connect to the tv and there is no cable or satellite, so essentially you couldn't watch any television. The shower water pressure was VERY low, so it was hard to rinse after you washed. Overall, it's a great central location for the Arnold's Parks area.

My vaca stay

The cottage is overall good. Great location. Nice deck and grill. The beds are good. Really the only downside of the place is the bathroom. I have never seen a sink that tiny. The shower has such poor water pressure that it forever to rinse my hair.

Quick trip!

Had a great time at this location! I think the owners thought of everything before going VRBO. We had everything from extra towels, charging station to Cookies Seasoning in the kitchen. Very convenient with a great location! 😁

Great location and nice cabins!

Stayed in the Mariah and Olivia cabins and found them to be clean, inviting and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Would recommend!

Great Little Cabin!

This little cabin is great! Three bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Amazing location in Arnold's Park. Owners are very responsive and manage the property very well. I certainly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again!

Unacceptable

Unacceptable for the ridiculous price. The first thing we did was wipe down cobwebs. No television except Netflix (no local news stations etc). Paid for four nights. One couple stayed only two nites. Second couple stayed three nights. Possum IN CABIN roamed throughout the nite. Way too dangerous.

Excellent location, cute cabin.

Cute, cozy, clean little cabin. It worked great for 5 of us to stay while attending a wedding. We weren't there very much but the beds were comfortable enough with newer sheets and comforters. The location was excellent, close to everything.

Perfect place to stay!

This cabin has the absolute best location! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The cabin itself was wonderful and just as pictured. Very comfortable, clean, and accommodating!

We had a great time staying at this location!

The renters were very easy to contact with questions and always responded quickly. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere that we wanted to go. There isn’t a whole lot of room for yard games but we were out doing things all weekend so it wasn’t a problem. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to get away for the weekend!
