The basement has it's own full kitchen and living room, with 2 additional bedrooms. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage as well as 2 parking spots on the driveway. On the Wrap around deck, there is a Propane Grill and plenty of outdoor seating for bbq's or dinner parties. Don't forget the 6 person hottub with LED mood lighting and water features.
