Walk to the dock and enjoy the water, fishing, boating or just relaxing. Garage apartment is fully equipped with 1 bed, 1 bath, living and kitchen combined with its own private deck. Covered porch has a great view of the lake, boats, docks and beautiful sunsets.

Enjoyable

The sunset were great. Sit on the balcony and eat dinner. The sun would set right in front of you. The wild life was fun to watch. The house was so welcoming. Had a wonderful time

Beautiful, peaceful location

This gated community is impressive. My family felt very safe and enjoyed the offerings in the area. House is very big and the owner was very good to work with.

Great location & dock!

We had 15 people for a family reunion and it's a great location for access to Arrowhead and Cherokee, gas, food, and Dripping Springs!

Great property for a small family reunion

We finally got our small family together for a reunion and used this as the spot to do it. Small towns, water spots, community amenities, and the hosts made for a great trip

Recommended!

Perfect for a larger group. We had two families stay and didn’t even use all the space available. Plenty of bathrooms and great layout. It has an amazing view of the lake and the doc was perfect for relaxing and swimming. Mike was a great host. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Grand Lake.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was wonderful. Picture do not do it justice. It’s much larger than the pics make it look. It was perfect for our group of 13. Mike and Glenda were so nice and helpful too.

Great property

The house was nice and clean. Very roomy. The bedrooms are spaced out great (including separate apartment), allowing for excellent privacy for larger groups. A bathroom for each of the five bedrooms was a plus. Located in The Coves, a nice upscale neighborhood. Perfect location on south Duck Creek with quick access to the main lake.. Mike was very accommodating. Deer and foxes galore. Would certainly recommend and will probably pick this spot again.

Great views of lake

We had great views of the lake and lots of deer sightings. Two bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor and balcony were a plus for staying with people who might have trouble navigating stairs. Mike was friendly, and made sure that any questions were answered timely both before and on arrival. It was the perfect spot for a long fall weekend with family.

What a great place for family!

Our large group had an absolutely amazing experience at Mike’s home. The pictures don’t really convey the size and beauty of this location. The kids had such a great time in the water! Mike was an excellent host and we can’t wait to plan next year’s trip!

Great home on Duck Creek

Our stay at this great home was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. Mike and Glenda are great hosts and even notified us of roadwork in the area. This is truly a vacationer’s paradise. Thanks for a great getaway for our family!

All about the water

The dock is great for swimming, fishing and lounging. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and could tie up to the dock to pick up the crew. Space in the house suited our large group perfectly with an open area upstairs and plenty of bathrooms. This was our second stay at this property and we recommend it!

A grand time on Grand Lake!

This house fit our family of 6 adults and 6 kids (age 10 and under) perfectly. The kitchen functioned wonderfully and we loved sitting out on the deck. Comfy bedrooms and upscale bathrooms. The boat dock was excellent for swimming. The house was clean and extremely welll provisioned with plenty of everything you’d expect in 5 star accommodations. The only thing I didn’t love were the 68 steps from the boat dock to the lower level of the house.

Duck Creek stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice property and the deer watching. The large kitchen and covered decks were great for our family activities. The large dock was occupied a lot for swimming and good bass fishing. The steps to the dock got easier with each pass. The owner was very accommodating.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first visit to Grand Lake and we really enjoyed it. The house was great, spacious and well equipped. The deck off the back of the house and the dock were both great places to hang out. The gated community (Coves) where the house is located is very nice and includes access to the golf course, tennis courts, etc.

Weekend getaway

Had a quick weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday with her friends. Everything was as listed and mike was very nice to talk to. Would recommend this to anyone

Great Lake House

We stayed at the property with two other families. The location has great access to the lake and the property owner was very responsive and helpful. It would've been nice to have chairs on the dock. I also think the property could benefit from a good outside deep cleaning to clear cob-webs and spider nests, but that is a very minimal complaint. Great location and property.

A Gem on Grand

Our family had an amazing time here! The house was very accommodating and spacious. We loved catching the sunsets every evening off the porch. We also loved seeing the deer in the morning and evenings. The owners are very friendly and flexible and very quick to respond to our questions. We would love to make this an annual summer vacation for our family!

Family Fun 2020

We had a large family vacation planned for another destination. COVID changed our plans and we could not be more pleased that it did!!! This home was family friendly and the Owners, Mike and Glenda were very informative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There were many other things you could do, however we chose to spend our time together, cooking and eating in the large well stocked open kitchen/dining area, swimming and playing in The water Off of the dock, and walking and watching the MANY deer that wander the property all day!!! There bedrooms are spacious and each have a bathroom. The large deck and patio provide scenic views of the lake, The apartment above the garage provided a quiet break from all of the craziness of the kids and grandkids!! We would definitely stay here again!!
